This is the second time I have booked with Ben at Tour help.very helpful and even managed to do another flight from Chicago to Thailand to arrive the same time as us from London. Our holiday to Thailand last year was perfect, all transfers etc organised in advance. This company is well recommended. Virginia

Freddie made our trip to Thailand fantastic. A wonderful combination of leisure and sightseeing. Our main regret was not being able to stay on one of the islands longer.

Tour help have really helped me book a special occasion for my son next year really looking forward to it thank you

Shaun, who I dealt with for my holiday was fantastic, giving me options, and catering to all my parties needs. Any questions I asked were replied to straight away and helped me get the best out my money. Highly recommend him, and will look at booking another holiday through him soon!

This company have ZERO customer service . After booking the holiday of a lifetime with multiple locations in Thailand, elephant hills resort …an integral part of our trip was ruined because a tour help agent didn’t bother to make the booking even though it was confirmed and paid for When he did finally decide to book it they were fully booked . Rather than admitting his mistake he booked something else for us but did not let us know . Before the departure date I asked for confirmation of the booking which he gave knowing full well when we arrived in Thailand we would find out his error and be devastated that part of our long awaited trip wasn’t going to happen .
On our return i sent 5 emails to Tourhelp - all of which were ignored . After putting a negative review on their website they suddenly contacted me , begging me to remove the review and admitting liability and offered me a 3 days trip to Majorca as compensation . I accepted their apology and offer . After asking for confirmation of the compensation booking I have since been ignored and none of my messages have been answered …. This company is so unprofessional , has zero customer care and no communication skills . I spent £6500 on a holiday that their agent ruined and they can’t even be bothered to reply to my messages . Steer clear!!! They’re quick to answer messages when they’re taking your money but not the other way round .
Do not let them do the same to you . We saved for 3 years for that holiday and they didn’t care . Mistakes can be made and I accept that but the way they have ignored me is unacceptable !!
You have been warned !!!!! I’ve given them 1 star because It won’t allow me to give none

Thank you Josh, Ben and Shaun. They had organised a trip to Disneyland Paris for my family. There were a few hiccups along the way but overall they reassured me every thing would be sorted. They put my mind at ease. Trip was fantastic my boys loved it, was a shame we didn't have time to explore our hotel but we made fun lasting memories with our kids. Roy helped me book my holiday to Disneyland,
He was efficient and helpful with everything from start to finish. Offered us a great price and was more than happy to help me make a change to my booking even after my confirmation email had already been sent out. Highly recommended!

We can't recommend Roy enough, this guy was so patient and could not do enough for us, we are now going on an amazing trip to Iceland, and possibly another four due to his patience and help. My bank manger may not recommend Roy as much as we do. Thank you Roy,

First time dealing with Tour help and I would honestly recommend them!! I asked loads of questions at various times and they answered promptly and it felt like nothing was a hassle for them, price of the holiday was good but also they contacted me during my holiday and wished me a lovely time, I felt they went above and beyond

I came across Tour Help via Facebook when looking to book a trip to DisneyLand Paris. I decided to reach out and had the pleasure of Roy assisting me being patient and ever so helpful finding and tailoring the right trip to suit my need/ requests. He made the whole experience of booking the trip so easy and fluid. We have saved so much money booking with Tour Help. We are travelling in July but I most definitely will be Roy's
services again.

I recently booked a 4-day trip to Paris and Disneyland through Tour Help Holidays, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very start, Allen, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and professional. He arranged everything I needed, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Communication was excellent—whenever I had questions, they responded promptly and ensured that every detail was taken care of. What stood out the most was their dedication even after the booking was complete. While I was on holiday, they checked in to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciated.

I literally gave 5 stars because there was nothing to fault. In fact, Allen went above and beyond for me, which he did not need to. But to make my life easier, he did. So thoughtful!

We recently booked a holiday with tourhelp to Thailand. Roy went above and beyond to ensure our trip was the best it could be. He even checked in with us throughout our holiday. We couldn't have asked for a better experience not to mention holiday. Very happy. Will be booking again with Roy and tourhelp again next year.

I’ve been dealing with a gentleman called Roy who was outstanding. I bombarded him with messages and he never failed to reply what ever time of day. Also I changed my mind a few times and still was there to help. All booked and we can’t wait thank you Roy
