Following my 1 star review in July 2024, my group have since taken legal action against the company and its parent company. A CCJ has been issued against them, and to date they have simply ignored it, and not paid costs.

As previously reviewed, avoid this company if you want a hassle free experience.

Ryan has been extremely helpful and was very patient with me whilst booking our Disney trip. Gone above and beyond and he made sure everything suits us and giving great help with our upcoming trip

Our holiday was all catered for nothing was to much trouble needed to make some changes which was dealt with in a professional manor would use again roy wyatt was great through the whole booking process

Myself, my husband and parents booked up in November 2024 to go to Thailand in May 2025. Having never used an online travel agent before I was a bit sceptical & to be honest wasn’t sure it was 100% legit so after doing my research and speaking with Roy, we booked!! Roy was on hand, quite literally 24/7, to answer any questions I had. He kept me sane and was completely flexible with the payment link being sent on days that suited me. We went to Thailand in May, just got home and every single thing went smoothly, no hiccups or delays. Nothing! Everything went as perfectly as i could have imagined. The 4 of us had a holiday of a lifetime and make amazing memories! I cannot thank Roy enough for making the booking process so simple. He was also on hand when we were away and checked in with me to make sure the holiday was going good.

We arrived home on Friday and within a week we have now booked flights to go to Australia next February with my parents again and my sister & 2 nephews! Everything was done and dusted within 1 day.

Cannot recommend Roy enough! 😊

Micheal from your help was amazing every step of the way the whole Disney land trip was planned well for the least possible for me and my four children can’t reccommend this company more than.

Would 100% recommend these guys :) everything was as said it would be, i never had a problem and I must of asked them 100 questions which they was very helpful with , would definitely use them again in the future
