Very helpful getting us connected to a local guide

John was a fabulous guide. He was organized, knowledgeable and a pleasure to travel with!!!

We booked a 5 day Italy tour package through TourHQ in April 2026 and paid a significant amount expecting proper support and organized arrangements throughout the trip. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

The hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and daily planning were not managed properly, which caused us stress during most of the trip. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were constantly worried about where to go, what to do next, and how to manage transportation and accommodations.

Despite repeatedly asking for support from TourHQ and the guide, we did not receive the level of assistance we expected. Since the payment was non-refundable, we had no option but to continue the trip and manage things on our own.

Eventually, we planned much of our journey ourselves using ChatGPT, which helped us more effectively than the tour arrangements provided.

Sadly, our experience felt more like a business transaction than a professionally guided holiday experience. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend Mrs. Gaia for an Italy tour.

At the same time, I would like to sincerely appreciate Ayushi from TourHQ for her willingness to answer our calls and her genuine efforts to provide support whenever possible during the trip.

Very responsive and excellent customer service from the first inquiry, through booking and till the actual trip.

Our guide Mr. Kampanat was a very organized and knowledgeable person as well as his friendship and professionalism was vey good at the same time.

Excellent trip I had in Turkmenistan from 3-4-26 to 5-4-26 and guide Mr. Balkan showed great care and concern and very knowledgeable about all the sites

Gaetano was exceptional. A true professional, he worked to understand our interests, and then delivered more than we expected. Add that he is a pleasure to work with, and you have an excellent experience.

Our Grand tour of Sintra was wonderful our tour guide Luis Albino was full of knowledge and brought much enthusiasm to our day. I would recommend Luis to everyone wanted a tour full of adventure. Every thing from pickup to drop off was very enjoyable.

We had guides in Xi'an, Chongqing and Shanghia, China. All 3 were different personalities and all 3 were great.

We booked in Cairo a trip to the Suez Canal through
tourHQ.
Often I had the feeling to recieve from tourHQ directly AI generated answers (later I learned, it was not, please indicate this better).
We booked through tourHQ by Magic Carpet a trip to see the Suez Canal to watch ships passing by. To our disapointment, the experience of the trip was really substandard, a waist of time.
However, I was afterwards contacted by Vandana from tourHQ and we had exchanged views. She was very cordial and did understand my complains and wanted sincerily to help me.
We closed the case with a good mutual understanding. Vandana (based in the UK) even offered to return our payment, an issue never crossed my mind.

tourHQ Limited is legit. They ask for a deposit, but you can trust your money is safe and comes off the remainder of the tour, which you'll pay in person. Very professional and trustworthy.

The guide was highly professional, providing clear and engaging explanations of the history and cultural background of each destination. It made the journey much more meaningful than simply sightseeing—we were able to truly understand the places we visited. The itinerary was well-organized, with a comfortable pace that never felt rushed or overly slow.
