I had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel company, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. From the very beginning, there was a significant gap between what was promised during the booking process and what was actually delivered during the trip.

Communication was poor, and important details were either not shared in advance or were changed at the last minute. The itinerary lacked proper planning, resulting in unnecessary delays, confusion, and inconvenience throughout the journey. Several arrangements that were presented as confirmed did not meet expectations, leaving travelers to manage avoidable issues on their own.

Customer support was also unsatisfactory. Whenever concerns were raised, responses were delayed, and there was little effort to take responsibility or provide meaningful solutions. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the company seemed more interested in completing the trip without addressing genuine complaints.

A trek or travel experience should be memorable for the right reasons, but unfortunately, this trip became stressful and frustrating. Professionalism, transparency, and customer care were noticeably lacking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to friends, family, or fellow travelers. There are many other operators that offer better planning, communication, and overall service. I regret choosing this company and would not book with them again in the future.

⭐ Review of the Madmaheshwar Trek Experience

1. Extremely long and exhausting travel duration from Delhi to Madmaheshwar (approximately 22–23 hours) with poor itinerary planning.

2. Accommodations were arranged in a way that many locations were used only for overnight stays, making it feel like the company was focused on reducing costs rather than ensuring traveler comfort.

3. Uncomfortable seating arrangements during travel, especially considering the long journey hours, which added to the overall fatigue and inconvenience.

4. At the Madmaheshwar top campsite, several participants were provided with wet tents. Despite repeated complaints, the organizers were unwilling to replace them.

5. Lack of proper communication regarding food arrangements. Participants were often left confused about where and when meals would be available.

6. Poor coordination throughout the trek. Organizers failed to provide timely updates and guidance to the group.

7. No proper tracking of trekkers. There was no clear monitoring of how many people had reached the destination and how many were still on the route, raising safety concerns.

8. Unprofessional and unhelpful behavior from the organizers. They showed very little concern for the comfort, convenience, and well-being of participants.

9. A large number of participants in our group were dissatisfied with the overall management and experience.

10. Many of the company's promotional videos and positive reviews appeared misleading. Participants were encouraged to provide positive reviews and act enthusiastically in videos, which did not reflect the actual experience.

11. Overall, the trip suffered from poor planning, weak communication, inadequate customer service, and a lack of transparency.

Recommendation:
I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve their planning, traveler communication, accommodation standards, customer support, safety monitoring, and overall transparency.

Very very bad experience and I am still regretting why I paid 21k for such pathetic tour agency.
For my trip i have booked 4 rooms with double occupancy and I got 1 single room or 2 rooms only. Surprising everytime after reaching destinations have to call agent for booking data as property owner did not have our information and after 30 min minimum discussion we got the only 1-2 rooms. For the luxury perce I have booked 4 rooms at each location for 8 people and got 1-2 room to accommodate for 8 people and as asked for refund but not get anything from their side . In Gundar - enroute to Madhyamaheshwar trek , this people forget to do our booking also. Also on before 3-4 hours of our journey they informed us that the vehicle which we have selected is not available and they are sending lower grade vehicle for that. Instead of 1*1 tempo travel to 2*1 tempo travels.

Booked a package of mashyaheshwar with my family. Everything was good. I definately suggest to others
