I enjoyed the hop on hop off concept of Europamundo. Semi DIY tour. Excellent guides. Good hotels and places visited fit itinerary I wanted.

Out of the 4 days tour to East Coast, day 1 was horrible. We were squeezed into a small 11 seater van from Boston to NY. We were given the last seat and my son & I were literally going up & down, since the vehicle was horrible.
A tour guide (sky) suddenly showed up in NY without any prior notice. He was screaming at the top of his voice and rushing us and making us run around in NyC. It wasn’t like a vacation. It was like a rushed tour. By 4:30pm we were put in a hotel room. Who on earth goes to rest at 4:40pm in New York City! Did he rush us for this?
Day 2-4 was good with guide Hao, even though priority for stop overs were given to only Chinese restaurants. Other than that, he made sure everyone had enough time to enjoy the places and kept up informed ahead of time of what’s coming up.

The hotels are in country side some nowhere places. The pre and post trip hotel is a rip off. Charge for $157 per person per night. In fact, you can book directly from the hotel and the retail price show on the front desk lobby is $100 EUR for a one person room per night. The optional event is rush and expesive. Charge $105 for the Louvre Museum and Palace of Versailles, in fact the ticket price is $32 EUR and $25 EUR . We arrived the entrance of Louvre at 11:30am but the ticket is for 1:00PM so we have to wait to get in and loss more than one hour visiting time. At 3:30pm we have to leave so there is no time to see anything. Swiss Mt. Pilatus the tour guide told the person who didn't purchase the ticket form him at 11am, infact he told the people who bought the ticket to take the train down at 10:45am, there is more than 40 minutes for the train ride from the peak to the bottom. As a result, the people who waited at the bottom of the mountain was waiting one hour under the heat. I was upset when I found out the changed of the meeting time because the tour guide did it intentionally.
After all, I will never want to join this tour again. Service is bad and quality is low (but we pay full entrance fee to get in and rush to get out).

It looks like there were quite some issues between the descriptions when I placed the order via tours4fun and the actual tour. For example, when I placed the order with tours4fun, it said that the pickup from the airport to the first night hotel is free, however the actual tour company charged $10 per person which is more than enough to have Uber when multiple people as a group. This turns out to be a very unpleasant welcome for the start of the tour. Also the midi-bus was a very old one that it leaked heavily I even can not sit on my seat.

The guider (Mrs Carmen) was very enthusiastis. The tour was well organized.

It was a comfortable and affordable trip, and really enjoyed it, especially the tour guide Carmen was a great guide.

We bought this trip because our original tour was cancelled. I thought it would be a bit budget as the price was a lot less expensive than our first tour. I was very pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed our tour. The tour guides were great, very helpful and informative. We saw and did much more than I thought we would. I also was a it concerned that we wouldn’t get enough time at our places of interest stops, but it was just perfect. It is a great way to see a lot in a short period of time. I felt this was exceptional value for the money, and I would not hesitate to recommend Go EU Go tours to anyone. I would do it again.

Punctuality , good hotels , interesting itinerary and good understanding tour guide. The rule of mandatory 8 euros per person per day should be reviewed as usually we travel with family and end up giving 150+ euros as tips for one week trip..
Overall satisfied with our trip.My third tour 4 fun trip..Will take again.

The trip was really good. The trip coordinator kate has covered all the place told during booking. Perfectly planned and executed 👍

Punctual, fulfilling promises

It was well organized. We had a tour of Grand Canyon, Antelope and Bryce Canyon and Yellowstone. It was very well organized and tour guide was considerate and his commentary on all places were very informative snd interesting. The one suggestion is food. If tour guide could find more vegetarian places to eat that would be icing on the cake.

The 5 days west coast bus tour from Vancouver to Calgary by Calgary Tours was well organised n met our expectations . Hotel accommodations were of good standard n all central in Jasper n Banff within walking distance to restaurants

Small group tour (13 passengers van)which I like for my short get away (2 day 1 night). Our guide/driver suggested different itinerary from the posting due to time and weather, which is working very well, I still see everything that I should be seeing. I very enjoyed the trip, just little tried on the way back to DC from the long ride. We stopped couples times for restroom/gas, that was good, but maybe if we can stop by somewhere and taking walk, getting some fresh air and see things for an hour would be good too. Overall this trip is 👍

My first time in Europe will be unforgettable thanks to Europamundo. I went with zero to low expectations and they blew it out of the park. The tour guides were outstanding, made me feel very welcome and had tons of information about every place we visited. I was honestly sad my tour ended and started missing my guides before we said our goodbyes. Looking forward to booking another trip with Europamundo.

We went on a 7-day Europe tour and had an overall great experience. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and the agent was very helpful in assisting us with the trip. There was a bit of confusion with the drop-off point, but the customer service team and tour operator were quick to respond and resolve the issue. The itinerary was quite packed and fast-paced, and while we felt that the time spent at each location was limited, it was still sufficient for first-time travelers to get a good sense of Europe. Overall, the experience was great, and the hotel accommodations were really nice.
