I found the whole experience trouble free. Obviously I would have appreciated a cheaper policy/quote but I've driven Toyota's for ever such a long time so I trust them.

Be very careful
Be very careful - never accept their third party offer.. had a non-fault accident and then toyota covering the other driver they reached out to me and said they will cover me without putting in a claim through my own insurance saying that it would avoid me putting a claim on my own policy. They kept telling me that if i'm not happy i could raise a complaint with Financial Ombudsman and then when I did Toyota insisted that I am not eligible to raise a complaint as I'm not their direct customer. Unethical practices they should be ashamed of themselves.
