Not available on Sundays!!

Purchased a new ( used) non Toyota car. This was the cheapest online quote. Now, actually have the car, unable to change number plate to my own until a week day!! All communications are closed on a Sunday? Both my husband & son have any day communication with their insurance. Really frustrated & disappointed by lack of service from this company. I work ( away from home) during the day & to call them is impossible! Also, there are elements to what they’ve sent me online which are incorrect. Only did I find this out by using a laptop! Nothing visible or able to ‘read’ on iPhone. Not a good start!!
