I received a great customer service from Charles.

I commited to a boots offer of sol products and then paid the delivery fee but it wouldn't go through 2 or 3 times then they asked me to join this company I did not but it is on my bank account pending to go through. What a scam!!

It's good they did not treat me well I need my money back

Emily has gifted me something I thought I lost and I thank her for bringing it back to me

I wanted to cancel my payment and they help and got it don't straight away no hassle

Se está resolviendo el problema ,con buena atención

No me ha gustado que cobren una membresía directamente de 50€ mensuales sin una información clara de ello, ya que solo lo indica en términos y condiciones y no es habitual leer con tanto detalle los términos y condiciones. Tampoco me ha gustado que al darle a cancelar suscripción, en vez de cancelar directamente han bajado el coste de la membresía. Pero al volver a dar a cancelar a la membresía, sí han cancelado sin problema y Edith me contactó para ayudarme en la gestión y para que estuviera tranquila, así que dentro de las incidencias iniciales, debo decir que se agradece que lo aclaren de manera rápida y personalizada!
