I've had some issues to cancel my membership and Alero really helped me by answering all my questions and made it very easy to me to understand what to do

They responded were quick and there assistant goed

The V8 engine is a total SCAM, it took months to get, and it is ALL JUNK and expensive for fake plastic rubbish. Just hope we don't have one of those membership scams also. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE

Edith contacted me. First class excellent service from her.

Hi emili,
Honest & very nice service!
Thank you.

Service was quick and very helpful

False advertising. They advertised an elaborate V8 engine with moving parts to be used for educational purposes. They sent a molded piece of plastic that was junk.
They acknowledged it but would not provide a refund or accept a return.
They are scammers. Stay away!!!

I can't remember dealing with you. Money was debited off my acc with out my knowledge. There for I would appreciate it, if I get refunded for this. It will be greatly appreciated.

Great experience and good service from Marshall.

Highly recommend

Issue has not been resolved. The people are scammers!!!
