Terrible customer service. As me and my friend were obviously checking out we heard the manager say loudly behind us “ Are they the ones that are stealing!” She repeated this multiple times and then saw us pay for our products. We may be at high school but she very obviously saw us purchasing our items and it made us feel bad even though we didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t think I’ll be returning to that store because of the terrible customer service experience. He also asked to check my friend’s bag because he said he had seen her steal a NeeDoh even though she had purchased it as well. I am very disappointed because they have great products but this has made me upset.

Website is poorly managed. It doesn't reflect on the actual stock. If items can't be bought as per the choice of options available, please add 'assorted items'.
Bought few items, added clear notes regarding extactly what I was buying. Had a email conversation to confirm.
Wrong items received. I was asked to buy them again and pay another $15 shipping for a $20 toy.

Pathetic service and arrogant staff and owner, would never recommend this place to anyone.

The product never arrived. Company refuses refund and response on the matter. I would advise not purchasing anything from a scammer company! Review would be 0 out of 5, if it were possible.
