Nog nooit zo’n onfatsoenlijke klantenservice meegemaakt. Ik bel vanwege een router die ik heb gekocht, die maar niet wilde installeren. Vervolgens worden aan de telefoon allerlei verwijten mijn kant op gegooid dat het aan mij zo liggen omdat het ‘heel makkelijk’ zou moeten zijn. Eindstand wordt mij vertelt zonder fatsoenlijk onderzoek of mogelijke oorzaken voor het falen te onderzoeken dat ik het product maar moest laten vervangen. Ja want ik heb de hele dag de tijd om producten maar te laten vervangen, nee ik wil een uitleg waarom het niet werkt en een goede oplossing, want ik zit dan wel dagen zonder wifi.

Lesje fatsoenlijkheid misschien?

Very Very Difficult to get a refund
Do not buy from the TP link store, their returns procedure is designed to put obstacles in your way. Once they have got your money they do not want to give it back. It took me 7 weeks and many hours to get a refund and only possible by requesting a chargeback from my bank.

If you are struggling to get a refund
1. Send them an email stating you want to return the products and you are exercising your rights under the consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 must do this within 14 days of order. Do not engage in other communications with them as they will waste your time. Just repeat that you want to return the product and get a refund under UK law.
2. contact your bank and ask for a chargeback
3. When they give you an address, send them signed delivery (your Cost)
4. if they ask you to cancel your chargeback request refuse to do it as once cancelled you cannot reactivate it.
If the products cost less than £100 use a debit card. Credit card spend has to be over £100 to request a section 75.

Het apparaat is niet te installeren omdat het een wachtwoord vraagt dat nergens is opgegeven. Bij controle blijkt dat het MAC adres dat tijdens de installatie wordt vermeld niet overeenkomt met het adres dat op de achterkant van het te installeren apparaat is vermeld. Of dit de reden van het probleem is kan ik niet beoordelen maar na eindeloos proberen ben ik ermee gestopt. Dit apparaat heb ik bij ACTION aangeschaft.

Eén ster voor de “goedemorgen” en “tot ziens”. Nog nooit zo’n arrogante en onklantvriendelijk en onbehulpzame klantenservice meegemaakt.

TP-link's customer service replied to my question, but only repeated information back to me that I had sent in the original e-mail. When I replied that I had already tried what they had suggested to solve my problem the first time, they tried to blame the problem on the shop that I had bought the item from years ago or my internet service provider, but were of no use. They didn't seem to have any more knowledge on how the setup of the TP-link product worked than I did.

Update: I bought a different camera from Eufy and it works without issue, no changes whatsoever to my router position of WiFi settings.

Do not buy tp link or tapo camera there useless app creators don't know what there doing utter rubbish

Ik betaal 85€ voor een router MET ouderlijk toezicht. En dan zetten ze de belangrijkste functie van ouderlijk toezicht achter een betaald abonnement.

Heeft u wel eens een TV of Laptop of Broodrooster gekocht waarbij functies gelimiteerd worden?

Gierig. Ik ben WOEDEND! Alle tijd van het installeren en instellen voor niets. Kan ding weer gaan inpakken en terugsturen. Wat een smerige misleidende oplichters. Ik koop nooit meer een TP Link product in mijn hele leven!

Prima bedrijf, goede producten en uitstekend geholpen met de installatie van mijn Deco X20 set.
