Trackhawk GPS レビュー

I have been a Trackhawk customer for over a year and currently having it installed on my new truck. After several attempted thefts, this system has provided a great deal of confidence that my truck will be where I left it when I return to it. Recently, I had an unexpected benefit from Trackhawk. I dropped my truck off at a repair shop and set a geofence to alert me when/if the truck leaves the shop. It turns out that the repair shop made a mistake and damaged the engine in my truck and tried to cover things up and make it my fault. They claimed that they were driving the truck on a test drive and the engine just locked up. My Trackhawk system was swift proof that not only had the truck not been driven, but the ignition hadn’t even been on during the time that they claimed to have been driving the truck. I was able to show them the information from Trackhawk and they had to come clean!

I just bought a new truck and drove straight from the dealership to have my new Trackhawk system installed.

Thanks Trackhawk!! I can sleep at night, go on work trips, and more because I know your system has my back.

Like it so far

Got my kills switch still haven’t installed it yet trying to find the right shop

Small and effective. The shop that did the install got it done and tested in under 90 minutes. Completely hidden and the app makes enabling or disabling the kill switch a breeze. The tracking function is better than any other I have seen. I got my vehicle detailed and saw it was only off by two suites which if it had been stolen would have led the cops right to it.

Colin and his team at TrackHawk highly exceeded expectations. Originally we were under the impression their part created an issue with our cars electrical components but upon further investigation it turns out it was due to a poor installation by the mechanics. Although it wasn’t Trackhawks part that caused the issue they went above and beyond to make it right. Colin was very quick to reply and bringing this to a peaceful resolution. Looking forward to working TrackHawk moving forward!

For the past three years, Trackhawk GPS has been an essential part of our fleet management at American NRG Services. From day one, the system has been flawless, providing real-time tracking and valuable insights without any issues. It just always works. No downtime, no glitches—just seamless performance. We never have to worry about it—just open the app, and everything is right there when we need it.

The platform is incredibly intuitive, making fleet tracking effortless. It brings together all the essential tools we need to monitor our vehicles, track driver behavior, and manage maintenance, all in one place. We’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to use. Additionally, the app’s availability on both Google Play and the App Store has been a huge benefit. Installing it on our office computers—and even on our office TV—has been a game-changer. It gives us a real-time, live view of our fleet, keeping everyone in the loop and making monitoring more efficient. We’re also looking forward to the upcoming app update. They’re constantly improving the app, and we’re excited to see how these enhancements will further streamline our experience.

More than just the software, Rob and his team have been exceptional. Their support, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service and success have made a huge difference for us. They’re always available to help if/when needed, but honestly, we rarely need to reach out, the system runs so smoothly. Regardless, it’s reassuring to know that we have a team we can count on.

If you're looking for a fleet tracking system that just works—reliable, user-friendly, and backed by a team that genuinely cares about your success—this is it.

Best work in the city! I’ve had this company do multiple jobs on many of my cars. Work always comes accurate and on point. Definitely recommend this team.

I feel secure having trackhawk in my truck. I'm confident it won't start with my key when off and if towed, I have the exact location of where it is. This is the Ultimate Killswitch. I had an issue once it was installed. Tech support gets five outta five. Issue solved immediately. Well done trackhawk. Customer service is everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ...john
