I could not recommend Trade Allies less and would give zero stars if able. We only used them because that’s who our home warranty company uses. Problems do happen but it's all about how it's handled. We have been trying to get our AC fixed for weeks. We have been ghosted during the middle of this process for 2weeks (May 18th-June 1st) had them finally reply back on June 1st for a June 4th appointment. The tech came out on the 4th and the AC worked for 2 hours after he left. He had to come back out on June 4th this time it worked for about a day and now doesn't cool at all. They didn't answer on June 6th the day we notified them of the problem via text with pictures and video of the issue. They replied the next day Sunday that their next available was Monday at 11:30. Now I expressed my frustration with my overall experience and let them know I felt their first appointment of the day like 8am is what we believed should be offered since the issue has been going for so long. Instead of the company taking that feedback they decided to just no show the new appointment they scheduled. So now not only do we still not have AC I have damage to the existing unit, water in my utility room and now have to pay another HVAC company to come correct what was done. They also thought quoting the amount of business they have done since me was necessary as well. Worst experience you could have and it's unfortunate since their tech Earnest was great, friendly and knowledgeable.
I can't stress enough how bad this experience has been. Maybe they do great when everything works perfect but I can speak to the fact that if you have an issue they will blow you off, ghost you and I guess let you know they worked with 70 other people so your business isn't of value to them. The actual owner has been in communication now and it’s clear why there is a problem.
