Regarding the motorcycle table lift, we appreciate your feedback on the let-down mechanism. Please note that we have sold hundreds of this unit, and this is the first time we have received a concern of this nature. Battery Condition: The forklift battery may have had an underlying fault, degradation, or internal short that could cause overheating during charging. Even batteries with limited use can develop issues over time that affect performance and safety.

Environmental Factors: Exposure to moisture, dust, or extreme temperatures can impact both the charger and the battery, potentially causing electrical faults or short circuits.

Electrical Load: Sudden surges, incompatible battery types, or irregular electrical load during charging can create conditions that lead to overheating or failure of the charger.

It’s important to note that this unit is a small-capacity battery charger, designed to operate within specific voltage and amp-hour limits. Batteries that exceed the charger’s rated capacity, have different chemistry, or require higher charging current may not be compatible. To ensure safe and proper operation, the battery being charged must comply with the charger’s specified voltage range, capacity rating, and charging profile.

We also wish to inform you that this incident was reported outside our standard 12-month warranty period, which unfortunately limits the options available for replacement.

We take safety reports like this very seriously and have documented the details for our technical team’s review.

We would like to advise that the shipping confirmation and tracking number were sent to you on 28 December. Based on the proof of delivery provided by Team Global Express, the item was delivered and left on your driveway on New Year’s Eve.

We sincerely apologize if you did not receive any delivery notification from the courier. Please note that courier notifications and delivery handling are managed directly by the carrier and are unfortunately beyond our control.
