Trade Motor Group LTD - Specialist Vans レビュー

The team at TMG are second to none. The passion is evident within the first 5 minutes of being around them and their work really is something special. The vision, the detail, the final result, nothing short of superb. Highly recommend 👌

It's not your normal way to review a van company, starting with the words 'Kindness, understanding and strong connections'. These are my lasting impression of working with Anton at TMG. You can add to that, 'Professional, dedicated, skilful and precise'

I first took my 9 year old Caddy Camper conversion into TMG last November to have my front seats reupholstered, they did a great job with the minimum of fuss. I love my van, it has been a great purchase a couple of years ago and I have taken it to Europe, big trips to Rome and back, South of France, Germany, wilds of Scotland, Ireland and Wales but the outside needed a bit of attention after the seat upgrade. Off came the half wrap and working with Anton we planned the perfect upgrades for my van, suspension lifted, half respray, lights tinted, new electronics, carpeting above the front cab, new wheels. Anton project managed all of these upgrades with precision. His team seemed amazing guys, they are all professional in their approach and I see that these guys love to transform tired vans into something special. I am taking my van back next week to have an oil leak fixed (120 miles away) as I trust TMG so much and they are letting me use a courtesy van, just another example how they go the extra mile. I didn't deal with Johnny that much but when I did he was great.

I feel lucky to have found TMG and Anton and my van now looks incredible. Thanks to all of the team, proper amazing to trust you with my van.

Jonny, Anton and the team are incredible. It feels like a real family rapport all combined together to create an amazing customer experience. Outstanding customer service. Not sales pushy. They know their unique sales points and their products inside out and their work is just brilliant. Top spec and totally unrivalled. Leaders in their field.
We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of our custom Ford Van. It’s better than we could ever have wished and thanks to Jonny and his tech and van specialists we are super happy. It’s not just a sales room it’s the whole start to end build managed in units around the site and the customers expectations are managed throughout and customers can feel looked after in the whole process. 5* service. Highly recommend.

Long time admirer/ dreamer of TMG and the work they have been putting out as it speaks for itself!

From first getting in touch with Jonny regarding their TMG-R limited edition build. He happily answered all questions and talked through my options when purchasing from them and collection with no sale pressure at any point.

I travelled all the way down from Scotland to collect my van, walked into the yard and Anton welcomes me like old friends catching up about their vans, spec and happily starts chatting about what they do! Truly passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and it shows in everything they do!

Blown away by the customer service, standard of work and professionalism from the whole team. Happily got shown around all the process they go through to make every van unique and all in house.

After sale service is exactly the same! They don’t just give you the keys and watch you drive away. Will definitely be getting more parts from them in the future to finish off the caddy!

If there was only more stars

Just letting all you guys and gals know if you need any van related issue /mod/repair or even need help with insurance issue Anton Tmg TMG Specialist Vans are the place to go

One happy caddy owner

My new wheels arrived today. Brilliant customer service no matter the time of day. The staff are always happy to help and answer questions.

So where to begin. TMG-SV SPECIALIST and Anton and the the gang. Firstly what a great bunch of fellas. Anton just made the experience so easy for me. He was very welcoming from the very start and making your dream his utmost priority in getting that dream finished. He's always informative with either talking, messaging or voice mails with everything. If somethings not right he's there straight away on the phone with the issue and already having the remedy/answer to it. Anton also gave me a tour of his premises and also meet a few of the guys that would be working on my caddy and all very welcoming. TMG-SV SPECIALIST - The best place for your caddy to go.

An amazing service from start to finish. Anton kept me updated throughout with pictures and progress reports.

Don’t even know where to start, from the first message Jonny gave me safe to say the best costumer service I ever had, car itself speaks the same. Highly respect the guys for work they put in and highly recommend choosing them! 100% partners for life!

From my very first phone call with Jonny, only enquiring about their services they provide, to actually picking up my new Caddy from them i was very impressed with their help and the way they handled everything. Traveled down to their showroom in Manchester from Glasgow and was made very welcome. Everything was explained to me in great detail about my new purchase and the showroom is very well organised. I have definitely found my new VW van go to guys, keep up the great service boys 👍

Just want to say a big thank you to the Lads at TMG for the work they did on my Dads Van he was made up with it, better than expected, the attention to detail these lads go into is unreal, the work is fantastic Both Johnny & Anton are very professional & supporting to your needs would definitely recommend 🔥

Disclosure - I’ve not bought a van from them, HOWEVER, my experience when shopping and communicating with them was second to none. Communication was spot on, lots of information and patience around what I was looking for and explaining bits. Went out of their way to keep me in the loop with incoming stock. Although through unforeseen circumstances I could not proceed with a purchase, in the future they’ll be my first port of call!

Top quality service and communication throughout. Always checking in and giving me choices on services/colourways etc.
Regular updates on how the vehicle was getting on
The guys couldn't do enough for me as well as a very quick turnaround on the van

I had a rear seat conversion done in my van which was done and completed very fast. Very easy to deal and went above and beyond to help me out.

When you have an idea 💡 in your head Anton takes them n turns them into reality his can do attitude with no boundaries blows the competition out the water . TMG MOTOR GROUP are the only goto company for anything caddy related or any vehicle you need if you have a dream go see Anton too make it come true 👍 😉 😀

Well what can I say about my experience in buying my new Caddy Mk4. My wife and I were made to feel very welcome for a start. No sales pressure. Very knowledgeable about their vehicles and answered all of our questions. We were so happy. We purchased the vehicle on the same day. Collected a couple weeks later with a couple of personalised modifications such as glassed tailgate, which was no trouble for Jonny and team. Nothing hidden just honest and great service and aftercare. Will buy again from this great company. Just keep doing what your doing 👍

1st class job and I would highly recommend them to anyone the communication was great and they are all real genuine people. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I will definitely be back to get more work done in the future

Excellent buyers, no messing, prompt payment would definitely sell to again

Could not ask for a better service from the guys at TMG. They done
