Unfortunately I’m in the same situation as everyone else… I’ve been SCAMMED. Purchased on the 15/01/24. Waited patiently for the straps to arrive…I’ve sent several emails to them over the delay. All I get is the auto generated email response about being “over whelmed” by public response to their product. Received a tracking No. twice which says it’s still in Queensland somewhere. Then an email saying all back orders will be dispatch by 04/03/24. Guess what, I’m still waiting… Will report this mob to ACCC. I don’t hold out to get my $120.00 refunded to me… SCAMMERS, avoid at all costs… One star is one star to many….

Definitely a scam. I placed an order on the 15th January. I sent a few emails being polite and saying how happy I was for them. But where is my products. No reply. When on to there Web pages left a message. Then the excuses started. I finally sent PayPal a message and got my money back. SCAMMERS😡

Fulfilling the orders must have been a nightmare for these guys, They had no idea the product would go viral. Got mine today ordered on Jan 16, The product is rock solid. I feel bad for leaving negative comments. All is good and I wish them every success! GP

I was sure this was a scam and said so but today i received my items with a note explaining what happened and an apology.
Please give these guys a second go as it was a rookie mistake from a new business and they have been true to their word. Good luck with the business and i will buy again.

this is crap sevice and complete lies every time i contact them .I have asked for refund and have got the QPS involved as well my bank. what a bunch of dunts .

I finally received my order. I did not like the delivery time. It took far too long 1/5 for delivery time.
I absolutely love the product 5/5 for the product.
There are a lot of people saying they are a scam because delivery was taking so long. The note in the parcel says they are a new small business inundated with orders and they were simply overwhelmed. They apologised for the delay, owned their mistakes and said they have learnt from them. I hope so and wish them luck because it is a good product - I can see why they were inundated with orders.

I finally received my retractable ratchet strap they had problems with there shipping instead of taking 2 weeks to have there product shipped it took five weeks I'm very happy to say that they are not scammers I'm very happy with the product

Same as everyone, ordered 1/1/24 still nothing email saying all orders out on 6th lying prices wish I new who they were and where they'd get a visit,hope someone finds these tricks 120 out of pocket

Scam… you’ll never receive your items and no correspondence after you pay. They’ve deleted all the comments with hundreds saying the same thing. I’m one of them that got scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE

They are a scam, continue to lead people on with promise of goods being supplied soon.

Same as everyone else - great shame as seemed legit - paid with credit card and will be refunded, but low life scammers

Ordered straps, paid in full in January.
Nothing received. Company not traceable. Yet.
I won't let this go.

What a rip-off, like everyone else I ordered 3 ratchet straps (to NZ) at end of January and emailed about 6 times and keep getting the generic message about it being with the shipping company, very p#@@&d off and gonna get the bank on to it, we must be able to do something about it surely?

Waiting 2 months and nothing.

Sent and email asking for a refund and a response saying that they can't as it was in the shipping companies hands. But they don't even have anything on file.

Only gave 1 star so I could review. DO NOT USE THESE MUPPETS. They'll take your money and deliver NOTHING.

Lie after lie. Don't get involved, as you'll pay and never get the items you ordered.

Items not delivered! yep its a scam!!!!! Thieves they are!
