SCAM ARTIST!! I signed up with Tradesmen Online in March 2026, and as of September I have not received ONE SINGLE INQUIRY.

Not one phone call. Not one email. Not one potential customer. Absolutely nothing.

Before signing up, I was promised the world and made to believe their service would genuinely generate work and enquiries for my business. They were very convincing when it came to getting me signed up and taking the money upfront.

Unfortunately, once they had my money, the reality could not have been further from what I felt I had been sold.

Six months later, I have received precisely ZERO enquiries through their service.

My experience has been absolutely appalling, and I feel completely ripped off.

If you’re a tradesman considering signing up with Tradesmen Online, please dont!!!

Based purely on my own experience, I would not recommend Tradesmen Online to my worst enemies

They promised me plenty. They took the money upfront. Six months later, they have delivered absolutely nothing.

Got a few jobs using Tradesmen and easy to deal with. I’d recommend

Worked well for my company. The price is fair too.

Had a call from one of the lads, they were professional and I wasn’t pressured to make any decisions. I took the opportunity around 3 months ago and I’m glad I did. I’ve received an increase in calls and had a couple of jobs out of it, so I’ve made my money back 100%.
Definitely recommend if you are looking for an increase in work.

Not a single call from them and as said in some of the reviewers lucky i done only one cycle of 6 months with them. Big promises and 0 coverage. Don`t fall for "at the end of the day you pay only 475+vat and u need only 1 lead and you get your money back" It wont happen!

Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star, otherwise I would.

Thankfully, I only signed up for a six-month contract, although I did feel pressured to commit to a 12-month agreement at the time.

Before signing up, I was promised monthly calls from my account manager to review performance and discuss progress. In reality, I have only heard from them when I have contacted them myself to raise concerns or make complaints.

After three months, I have not received a single phone call from a potential customer as a result of the service.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before committing and to ensure any promises made during the sales process are confirmed in writing.

BEWARE – I would not recommend this service.

Coming to renewal time soon, really great service. I'm very happy with the amount of calls I've been getting, all for a very reasonable price too.

Gave this company £600 for a 6 month contract and received no leads what so ever.

Just renewed for another 6 months, whole process was very easy. First month or two was quiet but then it really picked up and I’ve been busy since! Would recommend

Don't entertain these people they will call you to get the money from you for 6 months so you can get the jobs in your area and they will try to say we only looking 2-4 engineers in your area same girl jess called me last year she she exactly said we looking 2-4 engineers in your area i asked her did you not fill these spot since last their attitude changed and put the phone down trades people please save your money and dont trust these guys
