Inability to contact
Company when order doesn’t arrive. No response to email no answer to phone. Received tracking details DHL noted was due for delivery 7/12 then delayed . Was at delivery address then at delivery depot then delay then contact sender. But can’t contact sender by any means. Considering charge back as no response received Can’t speak to anyone at dhl either

I ordered my gift for an 18th present nov 1st . This still has not arrived. I have tried emailing to ask when it would be delivered but have had no response . Money left my account on day of order

Hello, unfortunately your order was missed off the dispatch list and we're very sorry for this oversight. We had replied to your emails, they might of gone into your spam box?
We have now sent out your order and refunded you. Once again, we're sorry our service was not up to standard this time.

Apologies for the delay in responding, I’ve been on annual leave for two weeks. Your email had been picked up by the person covering my leave, but as it stated your order had been received, they didn’t realise they had to take action to correct the delivery address issue. The issue was caused by new software we are using showing the billing and delivery addresses together. We’ll ensure it can’t happen again. I've contacted you to offer a resolution to the problem you raised.
