The face to face time was fantastic..

The face to face time was fantastic... however the online issues were horrible. IT need to overhaul the website and the online quiz. Your phone numbers also need updating.
Staff are great... tech is tragic.

A great course - I really enjoyed it. Our trainer was knowledgeable and engaging; I will definitely come back to this company next time around.

Was a great day

Was a great day, trainer was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Made the day fun and easy to learn.

Great course and well targeted.

Great course and well targeted.
The new training space will be great when better set up but my course was on the first day of operation and not everything was ready .

There was a big class and only 1…

There was a big class and only 1 trainer. . The training was OK but the CPR took forever . Then he had to correct the papers. One of the managers on the course could have been asked to use the template to tick these off.
The way the papers were handed out and explained but a bit random
We had other lectures that all had to get shortened due to the time this first aid training for allied health professionals

The only practical section we did was…

The only practical section we did was CPR and EpiPen use. After talking to friends who have done the same course with other suppliers, they did a lot more practical work, this was disappointing.
However, the trainer was nice and full of experience and information.
