Quite possibly the most disorganized company I've ever dealt with. They are constantly changing doctors and providers. I've had to fill out the same patient transfer forms multiple times. I rarely hear from anybody at the company following up regarding refills or labs. Just recently, I had a call scheduled for 11:30 am, and instead I got a voicemail at 10:30 am saying that I missed the call and need to reschedule. Their systems are completely broken. Their customer service is terrible, and it just seems like this company is in shambles. I highly recommend using a different provider.

I recently started with the Transcend the CEO actually reached out to me personally about 5 weeks ago, introduced himself and explained he is the new CEO and wants to make sure I'm happy, welcomed me aboard and thanked me for believing in his company...WOW

I was a customer before things changed and wanted to see how they handled it. The new CEO delivered on his promise — they processed my refund and refilled my prescriptions without issues. I'm happy to continue with the new Transcend.

Totally new to this whole peptides trend... I started looking into them around December 2025, so I spent a lot of time researching different companies before deciding where to start. My goals were increased energy, better recovery and muscle growth.

Transcend kept coming up on google, chatgpt and youtube as a high quality recommendations, which was really important to me because I wanted high-grade products, which is so hard to tell online what's good vs. what's not.

So I jumped in. The onboarding process was super smooth. I ordered bloodwork through them, got connected with a Transcend Wellness Specialist and doctor, and they walked me through my blood results and recommended peptides based on my short- and long-term goals.

Their team has been really helpful and quick to respond whenever I have questions. Now about three months in, the results are better than I expected. My energy is way up, brain fog is gone, my workout recovery has never been this good.

I recently interacted with Transcend and had a smooth experience. Communication was clear, the process was straightforward, and my questions were addressed promptly. Based on my experience, this is a premiere company in the space and both in the past and is stronger today!

Had a little trouble in November with my prescription, but things have gone back to normal. Prices are fair and service has been good despite the issues.
