Fast international transfers with low fees.

I used tranfer go services to send money my aunt in South Africa two weeks ago. I made an error and missed on digit from the account number. The customer service has been really poor, to help me allocate the funds etc. after 10 days I was informed by the recipients bank to request transfer go to make contact with them via swift contact. They requested for them to give them instruction with correct account number so they can deposit the funds or to inform them to decline the funds so they can refund me. I informed transfer go of all this information and there is still no help from them during such a frustrating time. You can’t speak to anyone on them phone, it’s like you speaking to a chat box robot. When you email no one truly listen to your situation to help with the issue. I transferred funds on 22 July 2025. I informed them of the issue 48 hours later still no help from them.

Am efectuat depunerea în vederea transferului din Ro în UK după au cerut verificarea , am făcut verificarea cu buletinul și a eșuat din partea lor , spunându-mi să îi contactez , au doar e-mail , am trimis 3 e-mail-uri până acum și nu răspunde nimeni.
Mi au luat banii și s-au făcut nevăzuți.
