Zero Communication and they lose your items! Transpack.nl
has allegeledly been in possession of my shipment for three months during which they have been telling me that waiting this long for a delivery is normal . They never take the initiative to provide with an update. I have been needing to email and wait for up to a week and two reminders to get a reply. Only yesterday did they finally admit that they have lost my shipment. They are asking for more time. The cover up and lies for the last three months are intolerable, They are simply the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with.

Our belongings were shipped from Dubai to Spain via Rotterdam, throughout the process our 'move coordinator', Angela van den Hoven, kept us fully informed at all times, she was extremely responsive and helpful. Her customer service was excellent. Our goods arrived yesterday and on time! We would certainly recommend their services.

Duidelijk ophaalmoment en alles heel netjes ingepakt, inclusief meubels en toebehoren.
Nadien was communicatie slecht, moesten er achteraan zitten wanneer container precies was vertrokken en aan zou komen, ook klopte de verwijzing naar het schip niet waar de container op zou zitten (later bleek deze overgeladen). NB totale proces duurde 3 maanden!
Bij aankomst en nadat container vrijgegeven was door douane, opnieuw snelle service en alles netjes afgeleverd en in elkaar gezet. Geen schade aan de spullen, hierover wel erg tevreden.

Provided service was outstanding!. Made the whole movement experience less stressful and easy for the client. Provided information and service was complete. They way the movers handled my belongings was like they were handling their own belongings, with extra care!

The process was smooth, efficient and transparent. All our household things arrived in good (original) condition and staff was very helpful in unpacking and putting some big furniture pieces together. We are highly satisfied with Transpack and would definitely recommend it to others.

Logistics to Transpack shipping in Rotterdam. Everything went very well on both ends we would recommend both companies we were very pleased .

An excellent service from pick-up in the Netherlands to delivery in Brisbane. All very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that it took 4 months - much longer than we had expected. There was no explanation about why and the company in Australia did not keep us well-informed.

Transpack verzorgde een gedeelte van mijn verhuizing vanuit Amerika hier in Nederland. Vanaf het eerste contact was er een hele persoonlijke benadering, uitermate prettig en dat niet alleen: de afhandeling verliep ook op rolletjes en het team van verhuizers die mijn dozen afleverden toonden bijzondere persoonlijke aandacht en zorg voor ieder detail, ze waren op tijd en werkten alles efficient af. Kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik dit bedrijf van harte kan aanbevelen!

Happy to recommend Transpack. Communication by Annelies was excellent and everything happened as she promised. There was a lot of official paperwork and she guided us though that process. Very professional. The packers did a good job in Holland and the delivery in Australia was prompt even though it was a busy period for them.

I opted to have a chest with personal items shipped by sea. I knew it would be a lengthy process, but there was no hurry on my part. 5 months later my chest arrived. Throughout this process Transpack has been in regular contact with me and updated me on progress. They introduced me to my contact in Australia & informed me the boat was delayed by 2 weeks. All communication has been via phone and email. It has been an expensive exercise, but cheaper and more accommodating than any quote I got through other companies. I like to thank Transpack and their partner King & Wilson Worldwide Moving in Australia for their professional and helpful conduct.

Excellent and personalized service from beginning to end. I contracted Transpack to pick up my belongings and deliver them to my new address during a Transatlantic move. Courteous and constant contact throughout the process.

Amazing service! Timely communication and flexibility. The staff is very friendly and makes an extra effort to help (thank you Annelies!) We received our goods on time and in the same condition as they had been shipped in.

The whole process was well explained and executed by Transpack. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that important info about the contents of the boxes was written on the outside of the boxes in dutch, which was not clear at all to the delivery people in the USA. Suggestion of using stickers with pictures that everyone understands was made.

A perfect service with clear agreements that are all fulfilled, and where necessary help with completing the necessary documents. A must for everyone.

Super service and reliable quality! We moved from the US to Amsterdam and had a lot of boxes and furniture. Everything from communication with our move coordinator, Annelise, to the prompt arrival of the crew, to the careful delivery up two flights of stairs, was top notch. I appreciated all of the updates and patience from the move coordinator, as it was our first time moving internationally. She was also happy to help arrange (for a fee - worth every penny!) a drop off of some additional boxes and furniture to a storage unit. We will definitely use Transpack Shipping Services when we move again.
