Trovo scorretto che leggano i messaggi e non diano delle risposte , ho fatto un acquisto una settimana fa circa e durante questo tempo non ho avuto nessuna indicazione .Credo di avere il diritto di sapere che fine ha fatto il mio ordine a questo punto sono costretto a reclamare per farmi ridare indietro i miei soldi per acquistare da qualche altra ditta più seria.Sconsiglio

J'ai acheté il y a 2 ans une imprimante HP Envy . Une fois que je parviens à la connecter au WIFi et à mon ordinateur, j'en suis contente. Mais malheureusement elle se déconnecte fréquemment et c'est chaque fois un véritable chemin de croix pour la reconnecter , j'y perds chaque fois des heures . Je viens de faire l'achat d 'un complément de service technique HP que j'ai payé plus 24,99 euros. Néanmoins après plusieurs essais infructueux je ne peux que constater qu'on ne m'offre pas le service demandé. La seule personne que j'ai eu en ligne m'a mise en attente .j'ai attendu environ 15 minutes puis cela a raccroché. Par la suite j'ai encore essayé à de nombreuses reprises d'accéder à l'assistance que je venais de payer sans succès. Non seulement la connexion des imprimantes HP et d'une complexité tout à fait anormale. Mais en plus HP m'a vendu un service qu'il ne me fournit pas .

Subject: Second Complaint – Fraudulent Delivery Claim by Avant-Garde Brands via Amazon

Dear Customer Service,

This is my second formal complaint regarding my order from Avant-Garde Brands, a seller operating on Amazon. I strongly advise Amazon and other customers to reconsider engaging with this company, as my experience has revealed a pattern of dishonesty and deception.

The seller has submitted a clearly fabricated delivery photo as evidence. The image shows an unknown elderly woman outside a property that is not our house, nor is she a neighbour. No such person lives in our area. The building in the photo appears outdated and does not match the modernised houses on either side of our Victorian home. There is no door number, no street name, no recipient name, no signature—nothing to verify this as a legitimate delivery.

To be clear, the parcel was never delivered. The woman in the image reportedly refused the parcel—which further confirms that it wasn’t accepted at our address. This false claim of "attempted delivery" is now being used to sabotage my rightful refund. It appears the seller is relying on Amazon's trust in their process, hoping to avoid responsibility.

In addition, your courier allegedly left a card stating that the parcel would be delivered last Tuesday and placed in the safe location behind the flowerpot, which is clearly specified in my Amazon delivery instructions. No such card was left, no delivery was made, and I was not contacted.

I must express my deep frustration with your previous response, which was entirely unhelpful. It’s astonishing how a delivery attempt could be claimed when none was made, and how a photo of a random location and stranger could be submitted as proof.

At this point, I expect:

A full refund for the undelivered item.

An investigation into Avant-Garde Brands’ conduct and false delivery documentation.

If not a refund, then an immediate replacement, delivered to the correct address by a reliable courier.

Please do not respond with generic apologies or requests for further patience—I have been more than reasonable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter with Amazon customer support, public reviews, and potentially Trading Standards.

Apartamentos Montemar - Maspalomas .... Un complesso nel suo insieme un po' datato ma molto molto carino, accogliente e soprattutto pulito ! All'arrivo ti omaggiano di un bottiglione da 5 litri di acqua .... Il personale veramente gentile e soprattutto discreto ..... La stanza dotata di cucina e frigorifero oltre ad camera da letto ed un bagno ..... Molto bella la terrazza con tavolo sedie e sdraio, veramente spaziosa ...... Esperienza più che positiva !
