After a thorough review with our management team, we offered a refund of £1,062.76, which represents 50% of the total ticket price (£2,125.52), since the outbound leg of your journey was used and the return was not. This offer was made in good faith to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

As of now, we are still awaiting your confirmation to proceed with the refund. Once we receive that, we will be happy to finalize the payment without delay.
