As soon as we identified the situation, we took immediate action to resolve it. Our team initiated the refund process on the same day and communicated directly with our payments department to ensure a swift resolution.

We also sent you the refund receipt the following day and confirmed with you that the funds were returned to the account from which the payment was made.
