Flight prices and seat availability are controlled directly by airline inventory systems and global distribution platforms, and these can update in real time based on demand, availability, and fare class limits. In certain situations, a fare may appear available during the search stage but become unavailable by the time payment is processed if the remaining seats in that specific fare category are taken or if the airline refreshes its inventory. Unfortunately, these changes can occasionally occur within minutes.

We understand that this can be confusing and frustrating, particularly when it happens after you have already entered your details and attempted to complete payment. The intention of our team is always to assist customers in securing the best available option at the time. When one of our advisors reached out, the goal was to help you complete your booking with the closest available alternative that the airline system was returning at that moment.
