Super efficient & informative. Got all my travel vaccines here!

Amazing advice throughly explained all informqtion would highly recommend.

Stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the door, had to call them to get them to answer the door. Once in the girl on reception seemed clueless, ask if there was a wait and she was unsure. Place just looked wrong, told her to cancel the appointment and walked out.

Big thank you to Chloe at Norwich TravelDoc! She was very informative about each vaccination and why she recommended having them, and I didn’t feel pressured at all as we spoke through each one. She was friendly and professional and most importantly made me feel at ease with the injections. Definitely recommend going to see her if you feel nervous around needles. Again thank you Chloe! You are an asset to TravelDoc!

Great place, staff lovely, Dr Bobby Ahmed was really professional and easy to talk to, we will definitely come back.

Excellent staff

I’m not a fan of injections after having a bad experience with my NHS practice but I chose Traveldoc based on the other reviews I’d read from needle phobic people and thought I would go to them for my travel vaccines and I'm so grateful I did. This is easily the most sympathetic vaccination experience I've ever had. Everyone is incredibly professional, especially Dr Bobby who has a very experienced and calming way of dealing with things with great reassurance. I've had a number of vaccines now for my trip to Asia and all were done with care and skill. I would recommend Traveldoc to anyone and will be back for sure.

I walked in without an appointment after having a different organisation cancel on me at the last minute. Within half an hour of speaking with the friendly Dr Bobby Ahmed, I was sitting in a café enjoying a coffee realising how painless my first set of vaccines had been. They gave an A1 Professional, warm, informative and convenient service. Customer service was impeccable, I can't recommend them enough. With a price match guarantee why would I not? Compared to the two competitors I'd previously enquired at about my vaccines, these guys left them standing bewildered at their own badly staffed customer service desk. TravelDoc are the benchmark by which that others should be measured.
