Really sorry to say that the whole experience was highly disappointing. The lady advising was highly incompetent and there was no stock of vaccines that we wanted. Vaccine prices are ridiculously expensive and the lady didn’t tell us anything that we couldn’t have found ourselves. Total waste of time. Only useful if you need yellow fever vaccines cause GPs don’t provide it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with MASTA.

Before our appointment, I specifically contacted MASTA to confirm that both of my children would be able to receive their chickenpox vaccinations during the same visit. I was reassured that this would be the case.

When we arrived, we were told there was only one vaccine available, meaning only one child could be vaccinated. This was incredibly frustrating, especially as I later spoke to MASTA and was told they should have informed us in advance that they didn't have enough stock. If this was already known, why were my wife and I allowed to attend the appointment?

This wasn't just a minor inconvenience. My wife and I had both taken time off work and spent time preparing and reassuring our two young children, who were already anxious about their vaccinations, only for the appointment to fall apart because of poor organisation and communication. The whole situation caused unnecessary stress and upset, and my wife and I decided not to go ahead with the vaccination at all.

The clinician's attitude made matters worse. They came across as rude and dismissive, and showed little empathy for the situation. My wife and I were simply told to "bring the other one back on Monday," with no acknowledgement of the time we'd taken off work, the impact on our children, or the fact that the issue could have been avoided altogether.

To make matters even more frustrating, my wife and I visited another pharmacy nearby later the same day. They were able to vaccinate both children without any problems, which only highlighted how poorly the original appointment had been managed.

Overall, this experience has completely eroded my confidence in MASTA. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a lack of empathy turned what should have been a straightforward appointment into an unnecessarily stressful experience for our family.

I would not use MASTA again and, based on this experience, I would not recommend their service to others.

I booked an appointment for travel vaccinations and attended as scheduled. Unfortunately, I was told on arrival that they didn't have the vaccine I needed in stock. As a result, I wasn't able to receive any of the vaccinations during the appointment.
Despite no vaccinations being given, I was still charged the full appointment fee. I found this very disappointing, especially as the issue was due to a lack of stock on their part. I would have expected to be informed before my appointment or, at the very least, not charged the full price when no treatment could be be provided.

I came to one of your centers, for blood tests, the lady who was the phelobatomist , tried to find my vein but she couldn't, she tried 4 times, until she find it . It was very bad experience for me.

Usual good service from MASTA. I threw a bit of a curved ball about measles as there's an epidemic where I'm travelling to and wasn't vaccinated as a child but it was sorted out while I was at the clinic.

Lisa was incredibly warm friendly and considerate. Lots of helpful advice.
Finding the place was difficult so give yourself extra time. Seemingly there are signage restrictions at The Cubes Sandyford.

Nurse only made two attempts to contact me. I responded to missed call immediately but not possible to call a withheld number (why does MASTA call from withheld numbers?!)
I had to contact customer service which meant another unnecessary delay in my consultation.

I felt quite anxious going here- we only booked, because our GP was not providing travel vaccines at the time. I expected they would ‘strongly recommend’ more than we really needed and that it would be a stressful experience. To my surprise, it was nothing of the sort. The person who provided the consultation (and administered the vaccines), was thoughtful, not ‘pushy’ and very honest. She made all us feel at ease and gave options and information so that we could make informed choices. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, should we need to.

I took my toddler for her chickenpox vaccine and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. The lady who did my daughter's vaccination was great with her, explained everything and made me feel at ease. Beautiful clinic, lovely experience (very different from what we'd experienced with the NHS vaccines!) and parked outside the clinic. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one for a new mother.
