It was a marvelous trip! The execution was flawless and the guides were outstanding. This was really the way to see Russia.

Second time with TravelAllRussia and they have excelled again!! This time we took a private tour of the Caucusus and everything went like clockwork. The drivers and guides were excellent and provided a rich perspective on each of their countries. Ana, our guide in Georgia was particularly informative and a perfect companion for our travels. We both highly recommend this company. 😊

Our trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg with Firebird was perfect in every detail. They responded promptly and volunteered with every suggestion. Their reminders were timely and knew all the necessary details. You can feel safe with them jessica agin

Guides were informative, we found the St Petersburg guide (Anna) exceptional. Plenty to see, and we covered quite a bit of ground. There was ample time to rest or do more exploration after the days guided tour ended.

Travel All Russia is a very good company to work with. My experience is that they will go the extra mile to ensure your holiday arrangements are just what you want. The staff are very knowledgeable about sightseeing options that fit in with your interests and I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in a holiday to Russia.

Organisation is excellent, picked up at airports, hotels etc perfect. Guides excellent, good English and good company. Hotels very good, very central. I am planning my third trip already!

Had a great time on the Lapland trip. Firebirds did a great job. All our transfers were on time everything went smoothly would definitely use them again.

Travel All Russia Absolutely exceeded our expectations!! Our guides and the drivers were always on time, went out of their way to help us with any requests or additional information we inquired about. We did a private tour with only two of us and I can say that it was worth every penny and then some! Sim, who helped us book this trip was an excellent source of information! He always followed up with us and made sure we booked exactly what we were interested in for our Russia trip! I would highly recommend Travel All Russia, as I feel they did an excellent job, planning, booking and selecting our awesome tour guides!!
As for Russia, what a great country to visit with all the history, great food, great shopping, and the Russian people themselves were some of the nicest people I have ever meet! Loved Russia so much that we are planning to go back and we will use Travel All Russia again!!

Had initial contact (FireBird Tours in Brisbane, Australia) many months before securing a 7 day/6 night tour of "Imperial Russia". They did excellent ongoing help and to the finalisation of tour. After booking payment they maintained assistance with visa application and "things to see/do" in-country. Overall - faultless service and touring assistance.

Tour was exceptional n' service from TravelAllRussia outstanding. The drivers, tour guides (Kate in St Pete and Dasha in Moscow). I chose the hotels - Grand Europe in St Pete (was great) but the St Regis Nickolskaya in Moscow had quite poor housekeeping (didn't clean my room on 1 of 3 nights). They had no 'face-washer' in bathroom (and a 5 star hotel ?).

Even experienced independent travelers as we are, need the help of travel experts to make the most of their time in Russia. We would have miss a great deal and wasted a huge amount of time had we not been in the hands of these wonderful professionals. Language is a major issue in Russia if you don’t speak Russian, English is not spoken for the most part and asking questions would be impossible.
Few museums and public places have English signage. Travel All Russia was invaluable in getting us into places without waiting on lines, they knew what palaces unexpectedly changed their days or hours
so that no time was wasted.
Our guides spoke excellent English and enlightened us on history, culture and politics. We loved every minute of our trip and can’t imagine having the exceptional time we had without their expertise and caring. Spend as much time as you can there, it will never be enough. We miss Russia now that we are back in NY for a month now.

Thanks to Travel All Russia, we enjoyed a private Trans-Sib rail trip, stopping along the way and ending in Moscow -St.P. We chose cities and towns along the way to stop over and spend time exploring in detail. The trip execution was FLAWLESS. At every stop, a representative was there and on time to meet us. Not once were we left waiting or wondering. The local guides were outstanding and ensured we were well looked after. Their local knowledge and knowledge of Russian history make a good trip great! The drivers were safe, courteous and helpful with luggage. All this for a reasonable price. The only changes I would make would be to add on two additional stops: Olkhon Island in Lake Baikal and Kazan.

They claimed to be experts on Russia, however, this was the furthest from the truth. Prior to our departure, we spent months planning our 3 weeks in Russia. When on vacation, there was nothing more valuable than time and we would much rather spend time at home planning in order to maximize our time once we arrive at our destination. And we foolishly thought using Travel All Russia would facilitate that.
The representatives of this company were very helpful UNTIL we made our final payment and then it was so difficult to get anyone to respond to us via email or phone.
This was the furthest from the truth because of their improper planning and logistics, we wasted hours if not days of valuable time. We paid them a lot of money for private guides and drivers, therefore we should not have been at their mercy. These were NOT organized tours, but tours arranged and customized specifically for us. They made so many errors such as: failing to mention much faster means of transportation, failing to respect and follow through with our dietary restrictions, showing up at sites and there was no one to explain them to us, wasting more time at a road side restaurant while the guide ate lunch and we just sat and watched her, instead of the guide taking us someplace we could explore on our own while she ate her lunch, (and a lunch stop was never included in our itinerary) because they provided us with incomplete itineraries, we were forced to repeat sites we had all ready gone to, etc., etc. I could go on and on. Because of their errors, we were often so frustrated, we left in tears.
But the worst part was that, once we arrived in Russia, there were issues which could have been resolved, but were not. We further wasted an inordinate amount of time calling and emailing with them in an attempt to resolve and correct some of these issues, however, they were so rude that our pleas for help fell on deaf ears. And even though they booked our train tickets from St. Petersburg to Tallin, Estonoia, when we queried if once we arrived in Tallin, we could expect porters at the station, their uncaring response was, "Our business with you ends at the Russian Border!" We were not asking them to provide us with this service, we were just asking a simple question, and they were so unreasonable that they would not even answer a simple question.
Travel All Russia is ALL about taking your money and they could not care less about their customers. Their employees were very poor in every single aspect.

I was really surprised in that, Russia is a free and open society, unlike the assumptions I’d had before arriving. Enjoyed Travel All Russia’s Firebird Travels guides Elena in Moscow, Anna in St Petersburg, they were very knowledgeable and exhaustively shared the Art, and history of Russia. The group consisted of 12 People of various backgrounds, we were able to work together like a team.

Travel All Russia provided a wonderful itinerary which was managed by extremely well informed and personable guides. The accommodation and transfers were faultless in all locations so that all our needs were well catered for.
I found the depth of knowledge and discussion shared by the guides at each venue to be both educational and enjoyable.

Our visit to Russia and Travel All Russia exceeded all of our expectations. The guides were consistently wonderful. They were knowledgeable and efficient, picking and choosing in each venue what to see and how to avoid lines where possible. The drivers were also excellent with the rendezvouses always tightly coordinated with the guides. The itineraries kept up a good pace but still allowed time for exploration and to fit in other sights not in the itineraries. The hotels were in ideal locations in the city centers which facilitated easy access to sights, shopping, dining, etc. Do as much reading and research as you can before the trip so that you will appreciate all the more the wonderful places you will see.

My wife and I took the above named tour in late September early October 2018. It was advertised as a small group tour and there were five of us. We spent 3 nights in Moscow and that seemed the right amount of time. The Hyatt hotel was exceptional with a fitness center that was stocked with different machines to exercise all muscle groups. The included breakfast was excellent with a very attentive staff. The location was easy walking distance to Red Square. Enjoyed our drinks on the top of the building.

Our tour was led by Alexi and we covered everything from Red Square to St Basils (and included an amazing Kyrie performed by Doros) GUM department store, tourist streets, city views, the Moscow Kremlin multiple churches, convents and an unusual cemetery with buried political, literature and music leaders. Lead by Alexi we ate lunch in typical Moscow restaurants avoiding tourist traps. We enjoyed every minute we of it including the metro on our way to the high speed train. Everything was as planned and all we had to do was be on time.

St. Petersburg began on the train where our guide Mihail (Michael) met us on the train and took us to our mini bus and the hotel. Again the European Belmont was a 5 star hotel with a large breakfast buffet. I suggest you find the videos on the hotels and train to see how good they are. If you go to the fitness center in the morning before 9 AM do read the directions to the stairway that gets you in there.

Michael was a wonderful guide who paid attention to the little things. Like if we wanted to see a market we got there, if we commented on the outside of the mosque we stopped so we could take pictures. The history of the city did come alive for us. Again we enjoyed every moment of the tour.

We found this tour better than a cruise as we got to experience the two largest cities of Russia without having to worry about a cruise ship being unable to dock (the gulf of Finland can be rough and high tides could stop shipping from getting in). We got what we wanted to see in a little over a week — faster and cheaper than a river cruise.
