Good and trustworthy travel company,we would recommend this company to anyone.

An outstanding experience.
The program was well thought out. Our guides were superb and each day unfolded so well. Hotel accomodation was of a particularly hight standard.
The whole boat experience was very impressive.
Fine food and warm friendly staff stand out in my mind.

Going to Russia has always been high on my travel "wish list" and Travel All Russia did not disappoint. The hotels, attractions, travel arrangements and guides were all excellent. This was truly a "once in a lifetime" experience ! This is the way to see Russia !!!!!

Having submitted the initial booking amount, I was filled with trepidation, not sure who I was paying & what I was letting myself into. But everything was bingo right from the start.The perfect T. From airport transfers, guides, transport services to food & miscellaneous. "Lev Tolstoy' is surely the best to sail the Volga from Moscow to St Petersburg. It has comfortable cabin space, cleanliness, onboard entertainment & wonderful cuisine. A great experience. I would love to do a repeat. Thank you Gabby Navickaite (Firebird Tours /Travel All Russia) for your relentless guidance & support & thank you 'Lev Tolstoy.

I was provided excellent service with the entire process of Visa, hotel reservations, etc. Couldn't be more happy.

The only criticism I had with the trip was that I was told I would have a courtesy ride to and from the airport to hotel and back. Neither occurred as promised.

Outside of the missed rides, I could have been treated better and would recommend this service.

Excellent tour. Knowledgeable guides always on time. Drivers also on time and courteous.

I had a great tour with this company. Well, actually it was two back to back tours.

The first was a couple of days touring in St. Petersburg followed by a river cruise to Moscow. Then I toured Moscow and surrounding towns for a couple of days and followed that up with a 20 day Trans Siberian train ride from Moscow to Vladivostok.

I was in a 9 person group for the first tour and a 6 person group for the second tour. It was wonderful to be in such small groups.

I dealt with Evaline for pre-tour arrangements. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to arrange everything I had requested.

Vera was my guide for both tours and was so friendly...just a breath of fresh air.

The only two very small negatives I had were a lack of porters at all the train stations and driving by the Spilled on Blood Church in St. Petersburg instead of actually touring through the church.

I would not hesitate to recommend touring with this company. They are very professional, you get to see all the major sites, all local guides are very knowledgeable and speak very good English, and the quality of the hotels and food was excellent.

Good itinerary, very good work of visa department, very good transportation services,
very good and elegant hotels, very good and knowledgeable guides. Shortly, it was a fantastic trip. I recommend it!

My son and I had the trip of a lifetime in Saint Petersburg Russia! Every detail was expertly handled by Travel All Russia from our pickup at the airport to the fantastic English-speaking guide, Olga, and the prompt and friendly drivers, Timur and Yuri. I absolutely recommend contacting Greta at Travel All Russia for booking your own trip of a lifetime! AND we came home with half of our spending money due to the unexpected low prices in Russia!

Very efficient and accomodating company. They would always answer my questions and customised our trip exactly what we wanted. The land accomadation in Moscow and St Petersberg was 5 star and high quality.
The crusie was excellent and staff very friendly . The cruisine was superb and i have done several other river cruises before and this Russian cruise the food was outstanding.If you want to go to Russia contack Travel All Russia.

Lovely Moscow to St Petersburg cruise on the Volga Dream. Food delicious, staff wonderful, activities & entertainment great. Enjoyed all the ports of call.

We were amazed to find that we got a fantastic tour - given we started with four people and had to drop back to the two of us yet got a full experience. Tour guides were very good to excellent. The handling of the travel and quality of hotels was also excellent. Could not believe that we could custom select where we wanted to go and when - and have it be so. Started with independent travel to Copenhagen and Malmo as we had friends there and then Travel All Russia took over in Finland, Russia, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. We ended in Berlin where I had lived for 3 mos. eons ago when there was a wall, and the tour guide caught us up to now with well researched 'slides' as well as memorials. Most impressive.

Excellent service, guides, food. Our timing was not good, because of inauguration of the president and anniversary of the end of the II World war. Huge crowds, lineups and Kremlin was closed. This was the only negative aspect I can report. I think that itinerary should be modified when there are historic celebrations in the visiting country.

Greta, our coordinator for Firebird Tours, was "with us" all the way. All arrangements were done on-line and/or by phone except for our international flights. (There was a monetary reduction for us to make our own flight arrangements). Greta answered all of our questions and some of them for a "third time!!" to give us the reassurance that everything was under control. Every single element of our trip came off without a hitch. Tour guides appeared promptly and were so prompt as to be there always 12 -15 minutes ahead of time. Our transportation was similarly extremely prompt. All transfers took place exactly as scheduled on our final itineraries. Before that trip, the planning, advisories, visa application process and all small considerations were done without a single flaw. Finally, I cannot recommend enough the Volga Dream tour to/from St. Petersburg/Moscow. The venues were well identified in our program literature and all performed as advertised! The boat was safe, the food was generous and fantastic. Entertainment on the boat was fantastic. Educational and art seminars on the Volga were beyond belief as to academic and artistic excellence. One should not miss the opportunity to have this as a lifetime experience.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Travel All Russia is to be highly recommended. The assistance given could not have been better. This is our second time using them and if our travels take us again to Russia, we will certainly be using them again.

This 5-star trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg was our ver the top. The hotels were fantastic, food was delicious, guides were extremely knowledgeable, and our fellow travelers were nice and kind. Loved every minute of this tour.
