I bought the ticket from travelcation. A few hours someone called and asked for additional amount for the air ticket. If not, they gave options to change my return ticket with another airlines which I don’t like. So i just paid the amount to continue with airlines I preferred to.

The representative of Travelcation was very quick in helping me resolve my concern. He was quite respectful and sympathetic. Great job!

Marcus Wilber went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me. His customer service was excellent and he truly cares about us and his work. Thank you Marcus

Ce sont des voleurs. N’achetez pas chez eux surtout si vous voulez aller en Algérie par ex. Si vous voulez annuler ils vont essayer de vous charger 300$ et en cas d’annulation de leurs part ils vont juste vous dire que votre argent n’est pas avec eux. Ils m’ont volé 4300$. Achetez chez air algérie ou une autre compagnie bien connue et non pas chez ces petits voleurs de mrd

This company is total fraud. They use fake American names but all the staff sits in India. They work on commission which is the share of the ticket prices they collect from you. They give random quotes if you have to reschedule and knowing that you dont have any choice they will ask for extremely high amount. I have paid $700 for flight changes.

Had good experience with the team. Aurelius Very good in understanding the needs and cooperative.

I was in doubt at first if the agency is legit as there was an error while processing the payment. However, when we called the hotline and the customer service representative Atul assisted me to solve the issue I felt more comfortable.
