If I could give Ms. Ivy more than 5 stars, I would. She helped me process 2 Schengen Visas and the quality of her service never faltered.

Both my first and second experience were seamless. I was invited by my company so I had to get a visit visa. There were complicated documents that were needed in my case but Ms. Ivy guided me through the whole process. She always responded to me whether it was too early in the day or too late in the night. I sometimes even wondered if she ever slept haha. She will treat your visa application like it was her own and I mean that. She will give you coaching sessions up to Immigration. She will always go the extra mile and fix any last minute issues or changes.

I'm extremely thankful that I discovered her travel agency. It's very rare to find an advisor who would give you their 100% from start to finish and answer all your questions within a few minutes or hours.
She consistently provided thorough explanations for every question I had, even addressing the smallest details.
