QUISIERA SABER CUANDO ME DEVOLVERAN MI DINERO, LLEVO MAS DE 2 MESES ESPERANDO QUE ME HAGAN EL REEMBOLSO MI NUMERO DE RESERVA ES 9VZEWPFF LLAMO Y SIEMPRE ME TRATAN COMO CUALQUIER BASURA CUELGAN EL TELEFONO Y NUNCA TENGO RESPUESTA, MANDO CORREOS Y NUNCA ME CONTESTAN POR FAVOR QUIERO MI DINERO DE VUELTA..

Je devais aller au Vietnam via Bombay. Muni de ma carte d'embarquement, je n'ai pas pu monter à bord à Roissy, car on m'a demandé un visa pour l'Inde, alors que je ne changeais pas d'aéroport et que je restais donc en zone de transit. A aucun moment Travelfrom ne m'a informé de la nécessité d'un visa de transit et je n'arrive pas à me faire rEmbourser ! Belle arnaque !

If I could give a Zero I would. 1 is too high. They took our money yesterday for a flight for today. They said it would take three hours to process. Spent the whole vacation day calling and emailing France. They said two more hours. This morning the day of the flight they let us know NO FLIGHT!

Nous avons passé 34h à l'aéroport d'Amman parce qu'un membre de votre entreprise avait annulé le mauvais billet d'avion. Vous n'avez rien fait pour nous rapatrier et nous avons du racheter de notre poche des billets d'avion pour rentrer. Le pompon c'est que nous ne pouvons même pas déposer de réclamation sur votre site et que vous ne répondez pas à nos mails !

Est il possible de parler à un adulte de bonne foi de votre entreprise (quelqu'un qui lit les mails) ?

Deux ans d'attente pour ne pas avoir de remboursement! Impossible à appeler, impossible de trouver une solution. Un vol annulé ou modifié et la plateforme déraille , vous êtes laissé seul et obligé de payer votre billet au prix fort au dernier moment via la compagnie aérienne.
Attention, une pure arnaque je vous le déconseille vivement !!!

In Nov 2021, I booked flight tickets BRU-LIM and return (Reference N° RW57O9RA).
5 days before departure, the airline cancelled my first connecting flight due to Covid capacity problems.
No suitable travel solution was found for me by Travelfrom and I requested a refund.
Regardless a dozen telephones to their support line, I did not receive my money back.
I also have contacted the airline and they proved me the airline refunded these flights to this agency.

Today 10 Nov 2022, this open amount for reimbursement is still reflected on my account of Travelfrom.

I can say, they doing absolutely nothing and I would not recommend the services of Travelfrom to any person.

On 14 Nov 2022, after above post, Travelfrom took action by refunding me my ticket(s).
From my point of view, this case is closed.

Khrystyna solved all my doubts in a promptly manner and respect.

She was very attentive and quick in her responses.

Desde este portal web solo podemos realizar un comentario por tema, así que vuelvo a realizar otro para seguir sumando a las experiencias negativas con esta empresa.

No solo no gestionan ni se responsabilizan de su trabajo si no que por el único lugar por donde responden a los mensajes de forma eficiente es este portal web.

Seguimos sin el reembolso, sin soluciones y sin poder contactar con nadie de esta empresa. Desde Skyscanner les hemos facilitado correos, nos reconocen como clientes, pero en ningún caso se ponen en contacto con nosotros con el objetivo de facilitarnos soluciones.

Siguen con sus practicas abusivas con los clientes. Te facilitan un itinerario a bajo costes, no te dejan gestionar a ti los check-in de los vuelos, no te dan alternativas en caso de cancelación, no puedes entrar a tus vuelos con el objetivo de modificar reservas y un sinfín de malas practicas con las que acaban tratando de sacar dinero de todo lo que pueden.

És una vergüenza el concepto. Por este chat te responden en menos de 2h con mensajes tipo que se realizan de forma automática y en los cuales no resuelven nada, simplemente especifican que todo esta en curso cuando nada es así. Son unos estafadores y es una vergüenza que puedan operar.

A ver si de una vez, info@travelfrom se pone en contacto directamente conmigo.

Their site claims IATA accreditation but when you check closely it was for another company AND expired in 2020!

I entered dummy information to see if the seats really existed but sure enough, the badly spelt message "Unfortunatelly no free seats found on selected flight"
