Brandon Hughbanks provided excellent service as we sought to get insurance for our trip in 2025. He quickly answered our questions and helped us understand the terms of the policy in which we were interested. We now have our policy in hand and are looking forward to our travels without worrying about having to cancel should something prevent us from going on the trip.

I made my first deposit for our trip on 9/3 and called Brandon on 9/7/23 to purchase a policy, but I was told that we had 20 days from the transaction on 9/3 to buy the insurance. I didn't understand why I couldn't buy it right then and get it out of the way. I called him yesterday 9/19 and made the purchase.

They not only listen to what the client is expressing regarding their intended travel plans, but they also offer up great advise in term of insuring the clients both BEFORE their trip begins, but also DURING their trip. I speak from a first person perspective, as we had a medical situation before our trip even began. Long story short, we received 100% of our travel costs back because of our policy from Travel Insurance Center.
