Quick servce, good price
I was interested in insurance for a cruise next July which was priced more reasonably than the one offered through the cruise line. I called before making my first deposit on the cruise, and then after making the deposit to buy the insurance I required. Very efficient service.

Great Sales Service
I was pleased with the very helpful and courteous agent that sold me the policy. However, the merit of any insurance company is ultimately determined by how well they perform if you have to file a claim. Fortunately I have not had to do that, and I hope that I don't.

You're completely right, Lee. Our focus is to do the best we can to partner our customers up with the right policy, however, we don't control how the policy treats a person if they have to use it.
We do have great relationships with a lot of our companies we represent and we always want to make sure we carry the best for our customers. If you ever do have problems, we will be sure to do our best to direct you to a solution. We hope you won't ever have to use travel insurance either. Stay safe and have fun traveling!
