I booked a trip with them to a cave in NZ ages ago, to received an email a week prior with a cancellation because they are fully booked. When try to call all lines are busy and no one to talk to. Terrible service in my opinion.

I booked an excursion with them which was subsequently cancelled by the company running the tour
Lots of web chats and emails chasing a response , I was then told that rather than a refund I would be offered a credit.
They then told me the company running the tour had cancelled because of low numbers and that the tour hadn’t been cancelled by them ie Travello
But I have my contract with Travello !

After booking with this conpany I came to the realisation the van i booked does not fit my wishes. After 2 days I asked to cancel, and I was told they would discuss with campervanvillage, the supplier.

A day later they tell me they will keep my 954 AUD deposit, wich I really need for my trip. I asked kindly to reconsider. They just send me the terms and conditions and don’t give an inch, even though I cancelled really fast and it can not be possible fhey need the 954 dollars to cover expenses.

Just here to let people know they don’t give an inch once you’ve paid.

The experience was great, we were helped by Nathan who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process without rushing us. Having such a knowledgeable, kind person helping us made the experience very positive.

Nathan was extremely helpful and we booked two wonderful tours. He was genuine, knowledgeable and spent the time to explain the options to us. He is a tremendous asset to the company.

We used this company to book a rainforest trip in Cairns. The evening before the tour they changed the pick up location but forgot to notify us, so we waited around for an hour at their office. None of their phone lines worked, and it took me 40 minutes to finally talk to their help desk. We wasted a whole day and I am still waiting for a refund 5 days later. They haven’t even confirmed I will receive one.

$140 dollars per person and a wasted day in Cairns, and barely any communication about resolving the matter. Don’t use this company.

Great customer service from KT. KT answered all the questions I had and got the quote through quickly and was very positive and friendly.

I rarely come across real tour talents who stand out like Jordan (in Cairns). I am so thankful to Mr Jordan for not only his service to get me the right holiday packages but going above and beyond his call of assistance, a rarity in this day. Sincerely, that soft skill often takes years to develop among a tour consultant, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to Jordan. I am amazed by Jordan’s ability to understand tourists background very quickly and to guide them to land their dream holiday destinations.

I would like to bring all tourists attention and commend Mr Jordan for his amazing services I even didn't know he did. He always put forward tourists and made sure they left with a smile in every conversation.

Jordan’s fantastic instincts made him an amazing tour consultant and I am happy I got the chance to meet with him. I am very thankful for the care and attention that Jordan showed toward me. He is ridiculously efficient and should be a role model for other staff and a credit to Travello’s innovative team.

Every small thing counts to build an empire and Travello should rest easy knowing that they have a marvellous tour consultant keeping tourist like me happy. I do strongly believe that Jordan’s vision is to close more productivity in one go than most people do in a quarter. In other words, he is an asset to Travello’s team and a story that I have shared with my neighbours, family, friends, and social media. So much so that I had to put fingers to the keyboard and share my experience.

We’ve booked with Travello twice now, and both experiences were great overall. While we did run into some minor complications with one of our tours, the customer support team was quick to respond and really helpful.

Special thanks to Fiona, who personally followed up with us and made sure everything was sorted smoothly. She was kind, professional, and very understanding.

It’s reassuring to know that even if something doesn’t go exactly as planned, the team behind Travello genuinely cares and takes action. That makes all the difference when you’re traveling.

Would definitely book again!

We stopped by the Travello agency to get some advice, and we’re so glad we did! Jordan gave us the most amazing customer service — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and recommended a perfect 5-day itinerary that let us experience a variety of beautiful places. They are the worst travel agency I have ever come across. They still owe us over 3k from activities that got cancelled due to the weather after a month and a half. I just spoke directly to the agency that managed the activities and said they never charged travello for those activities, although Alba (who hasn’t responded in 2 weeks) said the other agency had the money, so she couldn’t do anything about it. As ridiculous as it may sound Alba said she didn’t have any contact with the refunds department of her own agency! Do yourself a favor and don’t book anything with them. Looking for legal measures now, would rather spend the money on a lawyer than give them the satisfaction of keeping it.

Nik and Jordan did a really good job helping me planning my reef tour trip. Friendly service for my whole family.
