This was our first time going to Europe and Sinead gave us great advice as to the best use of our times and where we should go. One of the places we wanted to go to was a Greek Island and her suggestion of leaving it for last was perfect, we were very busy in Portugal and Barcelona, but ended our holiday with sun, sand and pool time! Great suggestion Sinead!
Sinead's communication was great and it was good to know that if anything went awry (which it didn't) we had her to support us.
The App was fantastic, a great place to store every single document.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Having Karan organise everything was amazing. If there were any changes, she would let me know right away. I loved how there were many different choices of things to do.

I have recently returned from a trip to the US with much of the accommodation and transfers organised by Claire Camins. Claire was fantastic to deal with during the planning phases of the holidays. She provided us the choices of accommodation that met our budget and location requirements. Claire was also very knowledgable when booking airfares. Claire was always courteous and patient and always available to answer questions. In life there is always requirements to prioritise and if she was busy with priority clients, Claire still acknowledged calls and emails and called back when she had indicated. On our travels we really enjoyed the use of the travel app on our phones and our bookings and logisitics were seamless. It was a pleasure engaging with Claire as our travel agent and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to potential clients.

Claire was absolutely fantastic to work with! She really took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered several great options, and was honest and approachable throughout the entire process. By chance, she happened to be in Bali at the same time as us and even took the time to stop by and say hello — such a lovely personal touch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend her to anyone planning their next trip.

Attention to detail was amazing. Claire listened to our initial thoughts, massaged a proposed itinerary, reviewed and reworked it until we were comfortable. She researched really well and put multiple options before us for decision. We ended up with an amazing, fulfilling itinerary that produced a holiday well beyond our expectations. Everything we planned was as per the schedule. Not one thing we planned went wrong.

Claire was fabulous as usual, have used her many times before. Everything was spot on with no stress for me at all. All the little extras I asked for were sorted and made the trip easy and pain free. Thanks Claire, you are a champion

Tanya planned everything for our family holiday to Italy and to say it was an amazing trip would be an understatement! The holiday was smooth sailing as all aspects had been considered by Tanya.

Tanya Nielsen of travel Managers did a great job planning my recent trip to London, Amsterdam and Singapore. Her response with an itinerary for my trip was prompt and detailed. Tanya also helped me navigate an unexpected flight cancellation during my trip and I was back on route with only a sort delay.

Working in an industry that at times requires travel to weird and remote places makes organising flights, accommodation, and layovers, etc., a time-consuming and stressful task. Or at least it did, until I got connected with Tanya at TravelManagers Australia. I have hardly booked a flight myself in 6 years, and don't intend to do many more. It's gone from days of searching various websites, trying to figure out how long (or short) you need to clear customs/immigration in multiple countries and still make it to the next flight on an entirely different airline, finding hotels for transit layovers, booking cars/drivers and all the other things needed to make it from A to B on the tightest possible schedule. All that is not just sending an email: "I need to be somewhere, on this date, for this long". Tanya is not a travel manager; she is a travel magician!

Claire is amazing, our Vietnam trip was faultless, and every tour we did and flight we took was seamless.
Even though our trip was altered due to a typhoon, it was sorted through Claire and was just a small bump.
Would highly recommend Claire to book any trip, but especially Vietnam, we can’t wait to go back.

We recently got back from a wonderful trip exploring Singapore & a whole week relaxing in Phuket.
