Terrible experience. Very rushed and aggresive training. Completely mislead by the onboarding manager. Agreed to $190 per month and get debit random and excessive amounts. Not a good option. Just feel like they wasted my time.

Highly Recommended Travel Experience with Christie Gowan I and a group of friends recently had the pleasure of working with Christie Gowan, our Personal Travel Manager at TravelManagers Australia, for planning and organising our 5 week holiday to Vegas, New York, Paris, London, Rome, Venice and Singapore, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Christie was incredibly responsive and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our trip. She suggested a range of destinations and activities that were tailored to our preferences and made sure all logistics from flights to accommodation and transfers were seamless and stress free. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond. She not only helped us secure the best deals, but also ensured that everything was arranged with ease, from travel insurance to excursions. She even checked in during our trip to ensure everything was going smoothly, which made us feel valued and well taken care of. One example of this is when we needed to register/check in for our apartment in Venice. Christie went above and beyong and completed the checkin process for us, provided us with the entrance codes for the building as there was no reception. This was all completed before we arrived at the apartment. We noticed other people who were also staying in the same building struggled with the checkin process. Christie’s personalised service and expertise in the travel industry really made a difference. She brought a level of professionalism, dedication, and care that truly made our holiday memorable. We recently worked with Bec Taylor, Personal Travel Manager, who booked a Niagara Falls tour for her clients through our company, King Tours. From the very beginning, she was exceptional to work with.

Bec ensured every detail was perfectly in place, confirming flight arrival times, arranging airport pick-up, pre-booking attraction tickets in Niagara Falls, and even organizing lunch. Nothing was overlooked.

She was proactive, thorough, and one of the most detail-oriented travel managers we’ve ever dealt with. It was a true pleasure working with her, and we can confidently say her clients are in the best hands.

We had a terrible experience.

Our travel agent would not respond to us for up to a month. Did not communicate policies or booking details in a clear manner. For example, booked us into packages without being clear this was the booking structure and labelling only one of them as non refundable when the whole thing was.

We would ask questions about the pricing only to be met with radio silence for up to a month. We were coming in at a final cost of over $2000 over our original cost. Due to the lack of communication I ended up having to take time from work to call to ask about this. I was told it was due to flight price increases when I remarked these were only $200 not $2000 no response was given.

We then did our own cost breakdown which was a staggering $1500+ different to what we were being given by the travel agent. When pressing for this the agent admitted there was an $800 discrepancy they couldn’t rectify. How they got $800 and not $1500 I am unaware. They continued to price things up to $500 more than what I could find online (this for example was for bullet trains). We also had requested things not be booked guy they were included in our packages anyway. When we pressed further with questions the agent told us our deposit was non refundable (not reflected to us clearly on our quote or communicated to us at time of booking) and has since in writing told us they consider the engagement closed and refuse to communicate with us anymore about this deposit which we have now lost in entirety.

This coupled with absolutely abysmal communication and coming in close to $3000 more than the original quote (as we removed elements) I warn anybody from using this service as you will not be met with customer service and price clarity. I have spoken on the phone to the ACCC and encouraged to make a complaint which we are doing.

I have used travel agents before and this is by far the worst I have ever used. I have since booked the trip myself for my group and it has been faster, cheaper and we are staying in much nicer accommodation.

Claire is always exceptional. She is knowledgeable, has great attention to detail, will always go on and above an "agent role". She takes a genuine interest in making every holiday an experience to remember and is forefront at her mine to help create memories.

Our travel agent, Tanya, in Perth WA, gave us excellent service. She is very knowledgeable about the myriad travel options available, ranging from flights to accommodation. It can be a nightmare for a novice to navigate a travel itinerary without professional help. She is extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I would highly recommend her services and the support of Travel Managers.

Tanya was very helpful and efficient booking last minute flights to UK. Very prompt replies when contacting her and helped take some of the stress away from having to rush back to UK on unplanned visit. Thank you

Claire chose the Fullerton hotel for us, an excellent choice. Could not fault the staff / location. Also supplied information on the top sightseeing sites and how to get to these sites using the Singapore MRT (underground / tube system)

The convenience to 'shop local' and have a face to chat our about travelling plans....
Also the availability of having a connection whilst away... this is important to us both... Claire does make this happen - Thank you.

Claire & TravelManagers provide a service that is personal. You are treated as an individual with unique needs, & nothing was too much trouble. I had a short lead time for my trip & Claire worked within my vague requirements with expertise. I have returned from nearly 6 weeks away & will continue to recommend Claire & TravelManagers.

I do not usually use a travel agent, but having used Claire I will definitely be turning to her for my future travel. Claire was super helpful and responsive. Claire was also extremely knowledgeable and able to provide us with useful tips and suggestions. On route Claire also made changes for us as we needed. I highly recommend Claire.

Amazing service consistent and approacable.

Claire ALWAYS delivers when it comes to anything travel! Just got back from another holiday (this time to Malaysia) where flights, transfers and hotels were all amazing and well organised. Only had to think about relaxing and enjoying ourselves as Claire had taken care of everything else! Cannot recommend Claire Camins TravelManagers highly enough!

We have just arrived home from a great trip over 5 weeks which included an APT cruise down the Douro River in Portugal, 6 days exploring Portugal from Porto to Lisbon by car. All organised by Tanya Nielsen of TravelMangers Perth. A fantastic trip which, like all Tanya's trips, went super smoothly and with no issues.

Tanya was professional, friendly provided a few options and the final choice was excellent and we truely had the best stay.
