SIM did not work despite hours of effort. Their support team was pathetic and could not solve the problem.
If I could give them negative stars, I would.
Perhaps this is a fraudulent product.

Wir haben 2 Karten am Airport Atlanta aus einem Automat geholt. 20 $ pro Karte. Angeblich 10 $, bzw 1 GB Guthaben und wieder aufladbar.
Karte ins Handy und es hat funktioniert. Keine Anmeldung oder Registrierung nötig. Soweit topp.
Nach ca. 1 Woche plötzlich Warnung und Meldung das das Guthaben aufgebraucht ist. Wir hatten unsere Datenzähler extra auf 0 gesetzt.
Wir waren weit von 1 GB entfernt und völlig unterschiedlich im Verbrauch, trotzdem waren beide Karten gleichzeitig tot.
Aufladen nicht möglich , da man einfach keinen Account anlegen kann.
Man hat eine estnische Tel. Nr. und somit natürlich auch keine Chance auf Kundenservice.
Finger weg.
Wir werden, wie zig mal zuvor, wieder in einen BestBuy, oder ähnlich gehen und uns dort Karten holen und einrichten lassen.
Preislich ist das ähnlich , aber funktioniert schon im Store.

Mehrmals habe ich das Guthaben binnen Sekunden verloren, sobald das Handy aktiviert wurde.
Service nicht erreichbar, beim Anmelden auf der Firmenseite waren die Daten unbekannt (Bildschirmhardcopy existiert), zuletzt war eine reaktivierung nicht möglich. Wieder 50 EUR verloren.
Durch den Firmensitz im Ausland nicht greifbar. Als reisender bin ich auf internationales Roaming angewiesen, durch diese Talliner Firma war ich mehrmals in brenzligen Situationen (online banking ging nicht). Unverantwortlich.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Konnte die Sim-Karte nicht wieder aufladen und ein Kundendienst ist auch nicht zu erreichen.

Was terrible, never worked for us so we had to buy a local sim.
Also I had to chase after the company for over 2 weeks to explain and ask for a refund, still has not been sorted out.

The SIM card was delivered via express service in a short time. The package includes a multilingual manual with very clear explanations. The support team responds quickly via email, is helpful, and actively works to resolve any issues.

My boyfriend and I were going on a cruise to the Bahamas. I got the $31 talk/text/data plan for a way to contact my boyfriend to find each other while I went on a separate snorkeling excursion. So when we got to the Bahamas, the calling did not work. But we were able to exchange 3 text messages. I also tested out the data by going on Instagram and loading 3 reels before it would not load anymore. After that nothing worked-not even a text. I got a message that I needed to top up. I tried to call customer service but I was on hold for a really long time and then the call disconnected. I tried calling again and got the automated response they are only available Mon-Fri 8-5pm Eastern European time (which is 1am to 10am Bahamas or US time). So then I tried to top up online. But I couldn't because my credit card was rejected. As I tried to top up, I realized that Bahamas was not a supported country for the data plan. However the website made it seem that I had data/call/text. Then checking the rates I realized that using Airtime for data was ridiculously expensive something like $0.85 for each MB. So my suspicion was that the entire $31 of Airtime was used on viewing 3 Instagram reels? At any rate, Travelsim was not a reliable form of communication at all for me in the Bahamas.

Braucht man eine zweite Telefon Nummer und das in verschiedenen Ländern, so ist TravelSim ein top service. Einfache Registrierung, setup war innerhalb eines Tages erledigt, und ich habe bis heute meine Telefonnummer. Ich würde Service weiter empfehlen.

Bitte beachten: bei mir ging es nie um Datenpakete sondern ausschließlich die Möglichkeit Telefonate und SMS zu empfangen.

J’ai tenté d’installer leur service sans succès, malgré plusieurs essais. Impossible de le faire fonctionner. J’ai également essayé de les contacter pour obtenir de l’aide, mais aucune réponse de leur part. Cela ressemble à une véritable arnaque pour touristes. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise si vous souhaitez éviter des problèmes inutiles lors de vos voyages. À éviter

I tried to install their service without success, despite several attempts. It simply doesn’t work. I also tried contacting them for help, but received no response. This feels like a real tourist scam. I strongly advise against this company if you want to avoid unnecessary problems during your travels. Stay away!

This is a scam. The $10 airtime runs out quickly. Their website does not function. Impossible to buy airtime or anything. Ridiculously expensive $54 that only lasts 2 weeks!

Schade, dass man keine minus Sterne vergeben kann!
Simkarte in New York am Flughafen Automaten für 20$ gekauft. Es sollten 10$ Guthaben drauf sein.
Karte ins Handy und kurz danach kam eine SMS dass eine EU Datenrate gebucht ist.
Email an den Support die nach über einer Woche immer noch unbeantwortet ist. Am 13.10. kam eine SMS, dass für 4,90$ ein USA Datenpaket gebucht wurde und am 14.10. die gleiche SMS.
Die Karte hat nur kurz funktioniert und auch die 2te Mail, ist bisher unbeantwortet.
Mit solch einem miserablen Service, der keine Email beantwortet und bei Problemen hilft, kann man nicht zufrieden sein!
Daher kann ich nur von der travsim Karte abraten!!!

Das ich mich mit der SIM-Karte etwas umständlich einloggen muss, nehme ich gern hin.
Versandt und Aktivierung klappt.

Wenn es aber über 2 Wochen von Chicago bis zum mitteleren Westen der USA so gut wie nie mobile Daten gibt (und wenn dann nur sehr langsam), dann brauche ich die Karte auch nicht.
Ich gehe einfach wieder zu einem Anbieter vor Ort.
Am Flughafen gibt es WLAN und mit eine Offlinekarte finde ich auch den Anbieter.

Absolute scam company i bought This SIM from vending mahcine at lax and First they promised me 10 dollars worth of data. When i got to my Airbnb i tryed it and they sent me Message that i have Only 4.9 dollars worth of data on my card that havent been used. After that i used 24mb of data and they sayed that i dont have any data left.
I dont recomend this company any other SIM company is probably better

I bought an eSIM because I was late for a physical one, but only after I found out that my devices were not compatible. The customer care Was great, they tried to offer different solutions, but in my situation the only way out was a refund, which they allowed. I will buy from them in the future, for sure.

Scum company. Promised 25 gig fair policy in europe, I had jus 6g then sum stopped. Very unprofessional service, silly, bad English and refund policy us a ripped off on a high road. Never pay a penny to this scam.

I used the travelsim card for 9 days in USA, Florida and I had no problems during. It was very convenient to start using the card as soon as I got off the plane, I will definitely use it on my next trips
