Daniel (a fellow Lancastrian!) was very helpful in booking our holiday to Crete, despite the system going down, he got back to us as soon as it was up and running and talked us through the whole booking system. Thanks for your patience and assistance.

Absolutely terrible, called as need specific requirements for special needs son for a low level room. Once paid for, doubled checked this had been organised, told it was. Emailed hotel and told lowest room for this room was a 5th floor. Hours of phone calls and to be told managers do not work weekends and still no answers. Takes hours to get through, do not use for advice absolutely terrible

After having issues trying to book a holiday on the website we rang Travel solutions network and Valerie was able to sort out the booking for us. In just over 10mins everything was booked and paid for with confirmation emailed received. Excellent customer service.
