Needed to book next year's family holiday. So I immediately got in touch with Valerie Burton. She arranged this year's large family holiday. Valerie takes all the worry away and deals with everything. Cannot praise her enough. Very patient with all of my questions. She is the best.

Angela has been absolutely brilliant helping to book our holiday! We had trouble getting the rooms we wanted online, Angela sorted the problem straight away, called back when promised, everything was smooth and seamless. The customer service received from Angela has been second to none. Thank you again, I really appreciate you!

​Valerie Burton was an absolute dream to deal with! She just helped me secure a 7-night all-inclusive holiday for my family of 7. Organising for a group this size can be, and is normally overwhelming! But Valerie took all the pressure off. We are counting down the days until we go away. Booked a holiday with easyJet over the phone. What I didn't know is that easyJet use this company for over the phone booking

Absolute nightmare to deal with because once they take the deposit you can't get in touch with them. They never answer the phone and only open 9-4

Balance is now due however the link doesn't work and they ask for Bank transfer payment to an account with a different name. (That's not happening)

They don't reply to emails either.

easyJet said they can't help and don't want to know (even though it's meant to be an easyJet package holiday)

I booked my forthcoming trip to Krakow via a representative called Michelle at Travel Network Solutions a few evenings ago.

The time & effort Valerie Burton put into helping find our facility holiday was amazing. We had some quite specific requirements for our party of 15. 10 adults & 5 children. There was lots of backwards and forwards until valerie found our holiday. She went above & beyond communicating with us every step of the way. Well done Valerie.

Valerie was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she even gave me time to gather further information from my family and suggested I call her back when ready, no pressure.
I rang Valerie back and she went way past her working hours without making me feel pressured to hurry. Valerie has excellent communication skills, she was extremely efficient in organising wheelchair assistance for myself, which I couldn’t do on the computer. It was a huge relief to have this booking facility rather than a computer, as I had so many questions. I will definitely book again and hope I have Valerie’s support again. Nothing was too much bother, such a friendly person and I thank her.
