The agent (Valerie) was exceptionally patient and helpful in dealing with our booking issues. She took time to explain the process, ensure that we understood and completed all the admin with great efficiency.

Throughout the call she was very engaging.

I booked a package holiday today with Valerie Burton she was so lovely and helped me sort out my holiday as I was having a nightmare trying to do it online she sorted everything out for me and my group as I have some one in my group who needs Speacial assistance Thankyou so much

We booked with Adam Hallsworth, he was so patient and professional. Really gave us good advice and knew exactly how to deal with his customer. Would really recommend asking for him when booking through easyjet

I contacted Easyjet today and had the pleasure of talking to Max a customer adviser for Travel Solutions.
I had several questioning in which Max went above and beyond in answering suggesting different options and giving excellent advice.I ended up booking through Travel Solutions.A special mention to Max who was very professional and a credit to your company.Very happy with the service given.

I actually rang to arrange special assistance but Daniel did the whole booking for me and made my booking much easier and stress free. He also arranged our seating on the plane and rang me back to confirm.

I was very stressed, having already booked a package holiday with On the Beach, but no one is there to help. Luckily my flights were with Easyjet.
I spoke to Adam, he explained everything to me in details, and what needed to be done. He very patiently answered all my queries and concerns. He is very courteous, friendly and very easy to talk to. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the customer services I received from him. I have decided in future, I will book my holidays direct with Easyjet holidays.

Daniel sorted the whole thing for us. I normally book direct online however I wanted to ensure that we were getting to correct apartment and 'phoned out of hours.
I had already spoken to Daniel a couple of weeks ago for a different booking for Skiathos, surprisingly he remembered the details, obviously takes customer care seriously. Excellent service.
