URGENT: Final Demand Notice for Immediate Refund of ₹99,553 with Accrued Interest – Unauthorized Retention of Funds and Fraudulent Trade Practices

Dear Travomint Management Team / Customer Support,

I am writing to serve this final demand regarding the non-refund of my canceled flight booking (Booking Reference / PNR: 238540), for four passengers traveling from Mumbai to Doha on Air India, originally scheduled for 28 March 2026.
As documented in the attached official correspondence, Air India canceled this flight due to the geopolitical situation in the Gulf and fully processed and disbursed the total refund amount of ₹99,553 back to your agency on 19 May 2026.
Despite clear confirmation from the operating airline that the funds are in your possession, Travomint has illegally withheld my money for nearly two months. Your deliberate delay, despite my numerous communications, crosses the line from poor customer service into unlawful enrichment, financial fraud, and severe breach of trust.
By pocketing a refund that belongs entirely to the consumer, Travomint is engaging in fraudulent trade practices.
Take notice that if the full amount of ₹99,553 is not credited back to my original payment source within 48 hours of this email, I will immediately execute the following legal actions without further warning:
1. National Consumer Helpline & NCDRC: I will file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for deficiency of service, unfair trade practices, and financial harassment, demanding the principal amount plus 18% interest per annum compounded daily.
2. MoCA & DGCA Escalation: A formal grievance will be lodged with the Ministry of Civil Aviation and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) against Travomint's travel agency license for withholding airline-refunded passenger money.
3. Cyber Cell & Police Complaint: I will lodge a criminal complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / Indian Penal Code against your directors and management.
4. Public Escalation: All attached evidence, including Air India’s refund confirmation, will be published across national consumer grievance forums and social media platforms to expose these predatory practices.
This is your final opportunity to resolve this amicably. Refund my money immediately.

I would like to say about travomint.
It's trusted company, genuine fare, and helping staff.
But one big issue is on time service. The service of issuance of ticket is very slow.
Apart of this issue everything are good.

I initiated the flight booking via Skyscanner as they were offering the best price but didn't complete, Anubhav from Travel Mint has contacted and done the complete booking for me himself in much better price. It is a great initiative, have not seen in any other travel booking sites. Great Experience.

very suspicious...after a sucessfull paid and with creditcard company confirmed payment my phone was ringing 20 seconds later with some woman talking bla bla and told me there are problems with payment and will forward me ro management...another lady told me same and explained that everything is okay but may payment is somewhere stuck in the gateway...they will confirm the flight manually and the payment will also be confirmed and accepted, this will happen within 1-2 hours....6 hours later i got a new call atb4am in the night which i didn't hear. then one minute later a SMS with a shortnumber to call for listen to a voicemail message, this number was just 331q which is mostly a special service number maube with high costs, so i didn't call it. Then i got an email were they told me that there are problems with the booking and i shoukd call them immediately, this was a normal german number but this number is just not existing, same like the co tact number in their email....oh the eMail alone is stilupid and suspicious, itvstatts with headline Sucess and a symbol for finihed/well done followed by the sentence Uos! we didn't receive your payment yet. atbthe end of the enail then they same sucessfully paid...only contradictions in same Mail...really feels like a dumb scam and i think they just called me to find out how easy it will be tongrab some more money out of me. This is clearlybnot a serious company, they pretend to be cheaper to sell later more expensive or just not fulfill their responsibility from a paid contract. everybody should report them , the bad reviews shows that this is a system and not a fault. the whole eMail and calling procedure shows that this is their a normal procedure. Don't book with them...my payment is still reserved but i will call the bank to block this.

Well had my middle name and fIrst name in wrong order. Asked Phillip to correct the name order. He did the change- no charge [not sure if there is suppose to be one]

I love services from the whatsapp team , she help me alot , when she send me a msg I didn’t trust her but she did her work very nicely, i love her way of talking and understanding the client very honest , i dont know diva is she or he but way of talking like faimly member thanku so much

Unfortunately I could not rate ZERO, so I have to rate one, very unpleasant experience and very bad customer service, after three weeks of my paid and confirmed ticket I received an email that my booked is unpaid and it has been cancelled, when calling they inform that due to internal policy and procedure both tickets got cancelled!!! No even a valid reason, it’s not my fault if your policy and procedure is not efficient. I suggest you to hire a good leaders. So they change my ticket and this cost me a lot of money as I booked hotel and I rented a car after confirming the ticket, I lost big amount of money as I have made non-refundable hotel stay, never ever again.

I booked tickets. They told me right away the tickets don't exist. Literal scam site.

I have booked my recent trip to London and Dublin through Travomint. I did get better prices than what were available on the market and also got a free upgrade in my four star hotel room. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommended. I am a regular traveler and would use their services again.

Air India flight from singapore to Chennai got re scheduled and I have missed my flight .. Thanks to Mr.Stan from Travomint I contacted him while I was at airport and he took the necessary actions at earliest and helped me to get the ticket for my next available flight .. thanks Mr. Stan for your wonder ful service ..
