First they said that the refund will be given in 14 days, then they said 30 days, then 90 days, today 100 days have passed but there is no reply from their side.

Payment Taken but Booking Not Confirmed

I would like to formally report a serious issue regarding Travomint, which I accessed through Skyscanner.

After selecting a flight via Skyscanner, I proceeded to Travomint and made full payment for the booking. However, after the payment was successfully processed, Travomint informed me that the fare had increased and refused to confirm the ticket. They then proposed an alternative option at a different price.

When I considered the alternative, the booking was again not confirmed. This repeated failure after taking payment is highly concerning and has caused significant inconvenience and stress.

Accepting payment and later claiming a fare hike without issuing the ticket appears misleading and unprofessional. As Travomint is listed on your pl

• Investigate this matter urgently
• Review Travomint’s booking and payment practices
• Take appropriate action to protect customers from similar experiences
