Ordered the wrong size belt initially and was worried about a return, but not an issue at all. I shipped back the wrong size one and the right size one literally showed up the next day. Awesome service and new belt works great.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, I let my warranty expire on my treadmill. I called to arrange a yearly service on my treadmill in 2021, but when I called to arrange my service for 2022, I was told they no longer serviced my area. They referred me to several other people/companies, but it seemed that no one would return calls, emails or requests for service. I have to believe it was because it was for a service for 1 treadmill in a residence and not for a business. I then decided to order parts and service it myself. I ordered parts from the Treadmill Doctor. I received an email (Jim VonWiegen) within hours regarding my order and received another email when my order shipped (10/17/22). I received my order on 10/21/22 @ approx. 1:30PM. By 1:40PM, I emailed Jim to let him know I thought I might have ordered the wrong part. He responded back to me within 1/2 hour and after several quick emails back and forth, he let me know I had not ordered the wrong part and stated a new order was being shipped out. All of this took place before 4PM on the same day. Thank you to Jim VonWiegen for the excellent customer service. I wish I had this same service in CT when I tried getting this serviced.

Got a rescue kit for my old Nordic track treadmill from this company. For relatively low cost, it brought my dead treadmill back to life. Gotta admit the install wasn't that simple, but their customer service guy, Mike Easterling, was tremendous, no matter how many times I had to call with questions.

Outstanding customer support and the product worked as advertised. Prompt customer service and shipping made my purchase of a treadmill belt, for an older treadmill, easy.

My motor on my treadmill failed, and I was wondering if I could fix it myself, so looked online and found Treadmill Doctor. I looked for my model and they had the replacement part. I bought it and they shipped it very quick. I installed the motor and it works great. Much better and quieter than the original motor. If I need another part, I’ll order from them again.

A mouse got into my treamill, and actually chewed off one of the resistors, from my old motor controller board.
This new one has the updated micro electronic components, and doesn't get hot like the old one did. Maybe, having the old board destroyed was a good thing.
The new board works much better than the old one, and was worth the price.

Great service and parts

I needed to replace the belt on my treadmill and found the website via Google. The website was easy to navigate and took me directly to the belt I needed. There are two options of belts to get, and luckily there are descriptions of both, making it very easy to select which one I needed. The package was shipped quickly, and I also received the belt soon after ordering. I will reorder from this website, and I highly recommend this company.

Part I needed shipped fast, and arrived when it was supposed to. It was also the correct part, which I was very happy with.

Kevin was very helpful in getting our treadmill up and running. He exchanged the first board, no problem when it didn't quite work right. Treadmill is back running like new.

I ordered a replacement treadmill motor. The price was fair and it was easy to confidently choose the right one for my treadmill. While I was installing it, I had to call technical service with a question. I was able to get a person on the line right away who answered my question and the replacement was completed successfully! We're back up and running! Thanks!
