Overall the treadmill deck is great. My only complaint would be that I had to drill all the holes to install the deck which was time consuming

The belt on our treadmill needed to be replaced so we ordered a new one through the treadmill doctor. We were easily able to find the right belt and ordered it. We paid the extra to have it shipped quicker and weâre very happy with the order to delivery time. Our treadmill is back up and ârunningâ.

Local Service company refused to replace new tread I ordered from your company on my treadmill.
I ordered and received a replacement tread for Proform QT 835. The recommended service company refused to service my machine. So, I have a new tread with no means of installing it on my treadmill.
