Everything went well and it arrived a couple of days later.

I ordered the injection and had my 30 minute consultation the next day. The only thing I can say is you have to be available to sign for the medication when it arrives so it can be longer than next day delivery depending on when you are going to be home.

Good first impressions

It's good to have the video consultation at first, my previous prescriber didn't offer this so after the forms filled out didn't get to speak to anyone. This way was good in terms of meeting a member of the team and also knowing that any questions asked could be answered. Was simple to complete order and after the consultation I received my item.

First time user of mounjaro

Had problems with delivery as I work, had to pick up myself from Royal Mail depot.

Very easy process from beginning to start. Once the consultation was done the goods arrived the next day for me to use. Very helpful pharmacist making sure they went through everything to make me feel comfortable going forward with it.
