I was exactly 10 minutes late for my 11:30 AM appointment. While en route, the clinic called to say I needed to reschedule. I completely understood, took full responsibility without a single complaint, and offered to pick a new date over the phone right then and there.

Instead of handling it efficiently, the front desk engaged in an arbitrary and retaliatory power trip. They adamantly refused to reschedule over our active phone call, demanding that I physically present myself at their office just to change the date. Assuming there was mandatory paperwork, I complied and walked in.

Upon arrival, there was absolutely no paperwork. The staff simply clicked a mouse for 30 seconds to change the date. Forcing a patient to expend time and physical effort to commute solely to execute a 30-second task—which was 100% resolvable over the phone—is an egregious abuse of administrative power. They weaponized a minor procedure just to inconvenience and "punish" a patient for a 10-minute delay.

To make matters worse, their disorganization is staggering. After I complied, completed the task in person, explicitly asked "Is that all?", and left the premises, the staff inexplicably called my phone again minutes later at 11:48 AM.

If you value your time, empathy, and basic logical business operations, avoid this clinic's front desk at all costs.
