Ordered a plant & pot mid August, plant arrived after approx 6 weeks later after chasing but no sign of £200 pot which was charged for over 2 months ago. Promises of delivery false. Will now report to my bank as fraudulent activity. Avoid!

Terrible service, spent £500 on a tree and plant pot months ago and have emailed multiple times and never received an apology, the product or a refund.

SCAM WEBSITE
Stole our money and didn't deliver the products- paid them nearly £ 400. No contact number and no reply to the multiple emails that have been sent. I wish i had read the trust pilot reviews before buying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute scam. Placed my order in July and the items were never dispatched or delivered. They stopped responding to my emails. Do not order from there, they steal your money.

If I could have scored this company zero I would have. Avoid at all costs. They have stolen my money just before Xmas. Avoid at all costs. Disgraceful!

Dreadful service and aftercare. As with many of the reviews I have read here, a refund was requested virtually as soon as the items arrived as they were not what was wanted. After many many attempts to contact the company to arrange collection of the goods and receive the refund, and after numerous days spent waiting at home only for the agreed collection never to happen, we gave up and got our bank involved. They raised a disputed transaction and refunded us themselves. Six months later, this ridiculous excuse for a business have still not collected their goods.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. That’s my advice.

Is this company still trading? Ordered a tree on the 14th of October still no sign I can't get through to anyone.

I only receive part of the order and after 3 months of chasing them still nothing. They answer to 1 email out of 3 and don’t just don’t care. This is just a scam so avoid at all costs

Please be careful - I’ve ordered paid and had no response no goods - website is down, number given doesn’t work - stay well clear

DIABOLICAL RIP OFF COMPANY

I ordered a tree on 24 October and was told it would be delivered within 5 to 15 working days. I followed this up when it didn't arrive in this timeframe and they actually called me to say it would be delayed but I would be notified when it was on it's way. I gave it a while to give them time to get this sorted but when it still hadn't arrived by 21 November, nearly a month after it should have arrived, I tried to call but could find no number so I emailed. No reponse. I emailed again on the 26 November and then again today (5 December). The order was made for a very important client of ours and it has made us look bad. All I want is the tree ideally delivered but if that can't be done I need a refund but I cannot get hold of anyone to action either option. Any advice would be great.

They were unable to advise on a delivery time. Once I cancelled the order they said I could have a refund which was not made. Finally replied to my 4th or 5th email to advise their refund system was frozen and I would need to request a refund through my bank. Their website is now down for refurbishment and no phone number available. Suggest you check out what ChatGPT's view is before you engage.

Ordered two trees and pots for £750.00 mid September, still no trees or pots, they have responded a couple of times to say they are on their way and to be patient they are a small business! Now no response and no trees I'm assuming they are not coming and I've been ripped off!

Ordered about a month ago, was told 5-15-days shipping time. I had a call about 1-week later saying I could expect a call for delivery arrangements a couple of weeks later- never received a call. I have emailed countless times and not had a reply. I have no idea if I am ever going to get my order and I feel robbed.

Avoid!
I placed 2 orders. I cancelled one and was promised it would be refunded but they never did. I am therefore disputing this transaction. Second order never arrived. They keep saying they would look into it but never do. I am planning to dispute the second transaction as well. I would advise to avoid ordering from this website!

Do not place order to this company. I ordered an olive tree on 21/10/25 I have had weeks upon weeks of extremely poor communication. Try ringing the company before you buy and one ring the phone goes dead. Emails go unanswered the only way you get a response is cancelling an order. I place my order via Klarna over a three monthly payment plan after promise date of a delivery when I placed the order and no communication
And none delivery I suspended the next payment and lo and behold I got. Phone call to say they where due to deliver the following week but could not do this as my payment had been suspended and this business was run by him and his wife who had just been scammed out thousands of pounds I felt sorry so I opened the payment plan again only to find I still got no delivery I managed again to suspend payment and again I got a message asking why I had done this. He said Klarna had done a claw back Klarna said this was untrue. Klarna investigated and today I got a full refund. I implore you please do not go near this company there are plenty of other places to go to and I managed to get one delivered within the week.

Ordered Olive Tree 12th October and was told dispatch was week of 5th November. Still not received and takes forever to get a reply to emails!

Ordered 2 artificial trees and pots on 1st Sept. After 3 broken promises re delivery and 7 weeks waiting I cancelled the order. Still waiting for my refund and have now had to go down the chargeback route with my credit card provider. Totally unacceptable

Ordered 2 x trees (paid alot of money) on 2/10 still not arrived and have had limited generic emails when chased. Telephone number out of action so only form of contact is email. I am doubting this company is legit. Face book number also unavailable and no uptodate posts. I think this company has gone under but STILL taking bookings and peoples money. Order 1760 if anyone form the company reads this
