Trees arrived dead and they strung me along till after warranty period was up and then offered a discount for replacements. What a joke. They even changed the name of the company to try and rebrand.

Staff was very helpful and gave me advice on whether further pruning was needed. The plants arrived in good shape (Japanese maples) and I am looking forward to planting them when the weather cools a bit.

I left a one star rating at fast growing trees aka trees.com, but they won't post it. I ordered several trees, one was supposed to be 3 to 5 ft tall. It was barely 3 ft and the trunk was the size of my pinky finger. It died in a month. I ordered another flowering bush, it was so tiny, and no blooms after 6 months. Both were overpriced and undersized. Not worth the money. Go to your local nursery or home improvement store and pick out a healthy plant the size you want. Now trees.com is trying to stop this review also. I won't do business with a company like this again.

Ordered trees and then realized we would not be available when the trees arrived. I called on a Sunday and talked to a person who changed the delivery date for me. She was professional and friendly.

I have been using Trees.com and ordering online for 5 years. I have been pleased with the quality, pricing, careful packaging, fast shipping, customer service, replacement of plants (when it was my vault) and the ability to get replacements, when it was not my vault, and help so I do not plant wrong, or cut foliage back incorrectly, or deal with disease and bugs (Asian beetles) incorrectly. I love the replacement warranty offered and always get extra coverage.

I have been obtaining trees from them for years. Two trees died this year and they would not replace them. Their 1 year guarantee is a joke. They do not back their claims of guarantee .
I did reach out to their customer support twice and they declined to replace them.

I have ordered from FGT a number of times and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is excellent. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and able to advise on your selections. I couldn't be happier. I ordered six Taylor Junipers and they arrived on time and were beautiful...very healthy and happy looking trees. Highly recommend this company.

My order was lost, and I had to do everything myself to prove that I paid. I then received the order information. Shipping was fast, trees were better than expected, and Ash from customer service was awesome. She sincerely understood the problem, and gained my trust back in their company!

Ordered a 5 foot weeping redbud. Tree came with broken branch, multiple dead or diseased leaves. Was told it will bounce back . Not great for a centerpiece of my landscaping. I am embarrassed to plant it in my front yard. Very disappointed, buyer beware their website has 5 stars…
After my review , I was sent a new tree in good condition. Appreciate that they did what was right to fix things. Wish it would have happened with my initial complaint, but I appreciate the effort.

Annoying AI chat bots, you have to repeat yourself constantly and the alive and thrive guarantee is a hoax. They make you go through so much to get a replacement tree and the discount code doesn't cover the shipping you paid.

Ordered 2-4ft green giant arborvitae’s. Trees were barely 2 feet. With some a being under. Quality has definitely gone down hill as the order I placed a year ago for the same trees was all between 3 and 4 with most being close to 4.

We’ve bought a few times from FGT, now Trees.com They have a great selection, decent discounts and wonderful customer service. Our 8 Jr. Giant Thujas arrived healthy, happy and all close in size. Shipping was delayed but that was not a reflection of the company. Looking forward to purchasing more from them in the spring!

I ordered 5 trees, they came at 3 different times months apart, they were pretty small but appeared in good condition, 2 have now turned brown and about dead of course this happened around the 50th day. I understand they have a 60-day guarantee, but when I called was told it only applies if the tree is all the way dead, so now I'm out $120 should have bought local

.Ordered five expensive blue evergreen bushes. They were “3 gallon” bushes. When they came were the size of a cantaloupe, more like a one gallon plant in a 3 gallon container. I bought many bushes locally too. Well it’s been 10 months and the ones from Fast Growing Trees are the only dead ones. I took great care in planting and watering all of them but only theirs died.
Update: I stand by this review 100-%. After talking with the company they basically said that there pants are small but the roots are big (😂) and that there is nothing they can do except give me 30% off another purchase. That’s a no. Last they said those bushes really don’t grow well in my state. Hmmmm, then why do they include my zone on the page where I bought them. Change the zone. My advice is buy local and avoid this company.

I spent 100$ on an apple tree and it came dying. It is an absolute scam!! Every leaf is brown and the very small branches are broken. I can’t believe they would treat a plant this way.
